First off, l love the style and atmosphere of this little Cafe Italia, it gives you a little taste of Italy. ❤️ I have to give a shout out to our server, Alberto, he made our first time visit to this restaurant such an amazing experience. Great service, great attitude and the kind gestures and delicious food! My daughter ordered fettuccine with shrimp in a vodka sauce, my husband ordered the chicken alfredo and I order the manicotti all dishes came with a house salad and your choice dressing we got the house dressing. Since it was our first time visiting our wonderful waiter gave us bruschetas complimentary and also gave us a discount on our dessert three Cannolis to go! I highly recommend this Italian restaurant.

We had dinner here on Christmas Eve and everything was absolutely fantastic. We ordered the chicken parm, lobster ravioli, fettuccine Alfredo, and a shrimp pasta dish. Every plate was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The food was very authentic and honestly reminded us of classic New York Italian restaurants. You can really tell a lot of care goes into the recipes. Great atmosphere and an excellent spot for a special night out. We’ll definitely be back!

Tight seating, which makes for loud atmosphere so you cant hear the waiter or your company at the same table. The service was minimum. Nothing personal. The food was mediocre. I don’t see how this was a top rated restaurant. It was ok but not great. The food portions were incredibly small. The salad was a few shreds of lettuce, carrots and one small very thin sliced tomato wedge. Overall experience: Not impressed.

There were 8 of us in our group. The waiters and waitresses were top notch. We ended up sitting on the patio. It was perfect. Food was absolutely wonderful. Everyone at the table had all positive comments about dinner. To end the night a man not sure if manager or owner came out to check on us see if we needed anything. He then stood there and did some really aweso.e magic tricks for us. We all loved it and have said we will be back.

We just discovered this little place and absolutely loved it! The service was wonderful, Kenny was our waiter and made us feel very welcome. We were celebrating the purchase of a new car and they gave us a free cake with a little car drawing. What a great little detail! Thanks!! The food was great and at reasonable prices. The owner came out and introduced himself and thanked us for coming. Overall those little details made a simple dinner super especial! Will definitely come back!

We ate here about 5 years ago while in Grapevine for a conference. We made sure to come back last week while in Grapevine again. The staff, the food, and the atmosphere are all phenomenal. The portions are huge. Every thing Ive tried is delicious. We always have the best time here. One of the waiters even treated us to a little magic show at our our table. He was fantastic. At dinner , make sure you come a little early, the restaurant fills up fast!

Best eggplant ever! Great service. The only negative is they have a lot of tables crammed in this restaurant. It was still an outstanding experience, though if you’re wanting fabulous Italian food, I highly recommend.

Cafe Italia is easily one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been to. The food is absolutely outstanding. Every dish is packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with care. You can taste the quality in every bite.

I’m so impressed! This is one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is like a hole-in-the-wall, cozy vibe. The food was authentic and flavorful, and satisfied our itch for great quality italian cuisine. Our waiter Nick was super attentive, but the fun came after our dinner!— He literally gave us a magic show and honestly I was stunned and invested the entire time. Such a pleasant surprise. RECOMMEND
