We had this location deliver a huge catering order for our wedding yesterday and it was absolutely perfect. Cindy helped us with everything she called beforehand to check to see what details she could help out with and when she delivered them she stayed to help set up the boxes and made sure we had everything we needed. This Chick Fil A has gone downhill in the past couple years. The most surprising thing I have found is that the chicken sandwich they sell is 1/4th smaller than all other locations I’ve ever been to. For some reason, they sell their sandwiches at a smaller size for the same price. Really weird.

Last two visits here the service was bad. So much for fast food. First visit we waited 20 minutes for our food. Today I was first in line to order and waited almost 10 minutes to order. at least 6 employees walked past me without even acknowledging me.

This girl named Hannah was taking my order in the drive through and she was so sweet and patient, I look like a crazy person and I’ve had a rough morning, I was asking dumb questions and being slightly difficult but she was just as sweet as she could be. I hope she gets recognized for her patience. Also there was a kind man named Hugo that gave me my food, he was just so obviously a precious soul. Thank you God for Chickfila. these people really helped make my day better.
