This is the third time over the last year I’ve stopped at this rather new location and each time it’s been a debacle. The first time they had JUST opened and the drive thru ordering took forever. Once up to the delivery line the food was ready but barely warm. The second time the drive thru line had a pick up order problem. I was stuck in the middle of that line for close to 10 minutes. This last time (literally because I’m not going back) the drive thru lane I was in took waaay too long for what you typically experience at Chick-Fil-A. Sorry. But I won’t be back.

This team is so kind and compassionate. We stopped here while traveling for Thanksgiving. I was suddenly overwhelmed by the thought of the holiday and a recent loss and wind up opening weeping in front of the building with my husband. An associate came and gave us a hug and said she would pray for us, then. A manager came out and asked if there was anything they could do to help. Thank you so much for your kindness, God bless you all and have a safe and happy holiday!

First off, just so no one is confused, this is not a full size Chick-fil-a restaurant – – it is a CFA Express location. Their menu is limited to only chicken biscuits and sandwiches, nuggets and those nugget biscuit things, waffle fries and hash browns, and their lemonade. No salads, wraps, other biscuits/sandwiches (I’m not even sure if they have cheese to put on), deserts, etc. That said, this location is situated inside the hospital’s food court, so there are definitely other options available from the food court if someone in your group doesn’t want what the CFA Express offers. The people working there were all nice and helpful if I needed something (I like my sandwich without pickles). The food was always fresh and tasty, no different than from a full size location. If you like whatever you want just like it comes, you just have to walk up to the section on the right and grab it and go. Can’t get much faster than that, since there’s no ordering lines or anything. I ate there numerous times over the course of my wife’s hospital stay and was satisfied with them every time.
