We had a group of 17 that stopped to eat. When we walked in,there was only 2 people in line in front of us. We waited approximately 10 minutes to place our order. There was 1 person taking orders & he took his sweet time. He would take 1 order & walk away to do other things instead of taking more orders. There was trays of food being prepared & just sitting on the counter for an extended amount of time. When I finally placed my order, I told the guy 3 times that I wanted a frosted lemonade made with diet lemonade. He never put it on my ticket to to alert that I wanted the diet lemonade. By the time I finally got to order, some of the group had already realized they could order off the app from the table. They had their food & was already eating before I was able to order. I have never been to a Chickfila that was so slow. I love Chickfila but I will never go back to this store.

The food was good and we enjoyed dining inside. Unfortunately, the low rating is due to the poor cleanliness of the dining area. We had to clean our own table before eating, and the floors were sticky and not well maintained

The service at this location is incredible, Leslie at drive thru made my daughter’s day by going out of her way to find a cow plushie. Now my daughter is going “MOOO” while eating her kids meal haha. Thank you again!!

Usually, drive through takes forever but this time was quick. The food was really good as always not surprise there. The building had a lot of green around it. I love all those trees and flowers. Cleaning is a given organization was nice. My kid was very satisfied with the meal. Customers service was normal at a good standard but not outstanding.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had this morning. I placed a mobile order for breakfast at 10:15 AM, well before the 10:30 AM cutoff. When I arrived to pick it up, I went inside and was told by an employee that my food was ready — but she couldn’t give it to me because the order was placed for drive-thru pickup.
I then went to the drive-thru, only to be told by a different employee that they didn’t have my order at all — despite the fact that the first employee had just confirmed it was ready.
This level of miscommunication and lack of coordination between staff was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Not only was my time wasted, but I was left without the food I had already paid for and ordered well within the proper time frame.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and steps are taken to improve how mobile orders — especially those close to the cutoff time — are handled in the future.

New drive-thru, still the slowest service in a 10 to 15 mile radius. High school hall social sort of vibe might have something to do with unusually slow service vs the number of people working. Biscuit was fine but enough though the chicken was hot, breading was somewhat soggy.

I waited in line for breakfast for 30 minutes just
to be told that they aren’t serving it anymore when I get up to the drive thru window. The man then told me they were mistaken and that I CAN get breakfast and then he took it back AGAIN and said I can’t. I asked if they can let me out of line (because I didn’t want to wait another 30 mins for no reason) and they said that I can’t and that I have to wait in line to be able to get out EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT ORDER ANYTHING. That’s crazy.

As I currently sit in here can tell there are different standards for different Chick-fil-A locations. The floor from the dining area to the bathroom is loitered with garbage.
I could understand if they were busy and it was rush hour. But when I tell you everyone stood around at the counter doing nothing but chit chatting. If I wasn’t hungry I would have left!!
The food was still great, however having to sit in a filthy dining area was horrible.

U know why me & customers love Chick-fil-a is because they don’t argue with nobody about some foods, that why lines be very long, cars rap around the building, & extra employees on the outside taking orders, so u don’t how to wait for your order, they get u in & out in a hurry, that why? U don’t have a problem, they got management on stand by, for the high price that they serve u for the food it ruff it
