I went through drive thru early morning before sunlight and Karely took my order. I asked for a small hash brown and chic Fil a sauce, she says we don’t have small we have medium. I say ok let me have the smallest size you have. She doubles down and says since it’s a medium do you want 2 sauces? I say no. Not to my surprise at all it was the same size box I get when I order the small on the app. The app has only small and large options available. It’s pretty strange she chose to argue w me in the drive thru about hash browns before 7am. I reported it to a mgr bc it was so confusing. Today I went in to pick up an Uber Eats order. She handed me a big bag with 2 meals that was unsealed. I asked the gentleman who handed me the drinks can he seal the bag and he took it back to the staging area to do so . Ms Karely, while preparing bags for drive thru, quickly took a sticker and put it over the handles of the bag preventing me from carrying it. I went over to look at her name tag and to my surprise it’s her giving me a hard time for no apparent reason, AGAIN. I’ll also be calling corporate about it, since this is a pattern.

The place didn’t seem as crowded as it used to be before the renovations, so I thought I’d let everyone know that it’s definitely open again!

There were a lot of new faces, but the staff was still as friendly as ever, and the food was delicious as always! The operator was also very nice. He checked on my family and made sure our drinks were topped off. I highly recommend this location!

Not a great experience here. The breakfast sandwich was hot, but they completely forgot to bring coffee I ordered. The staff didn’t even look at the order, and then they didn’t give the correct cream and sugar I asked. Staff seemed indifferent and never apologized.

Customer service lacking and order fulfillment. Do better at this CFA.

This is the slowest Chick-fil-a drive through I have ever been to. You can sit without moving at all for at least 5 minutes. Not to mention, they often forget sauces or mess up your order.

This Chick-Fil-A location is honestly one of the worst. It’s always the worst and most untimely service no matter when you go. Every single time i’m there, there’s at least one item that I ordered missing. Management doesn’t care and is lackadaisical about caring for and communicating with customers on resolutions. Honestly one of the worst chick-fil-A’s in the Metro Atlanta Area.

I visited this Chick-fil-A around 10 a.m. this morning and sat in the drive-thru line for nearly 20 minutes. When I finally reached the window, my order still wasn’t ready, and what made things worse was the complete lack of concern from the staff. The woman at the window showed no empathy or apology for the delay, which was disappointing given Chick-fil-A’s usual reputation for great service.
I later called to speak with a manager (I believe her name was Carly), and unfortunately, that conversation wasn’t any better. Her response felt robotic and indifferent, and it was clear she didn’t really care about resolving the issue. I had to ask for a refund, which she said I will get, and when I asked about any kind of compensation since I was now about to be late and still without breakfast, she said “okay” but I doubt I’ll receive that.
This was easily the worst experience I’ve had at a Chick-fil-A. After checking other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who’s had poor service here. Definitely disappointing for a brand that usually prides itself on customer care and efficiency.

Worst Chick-fil-A experience. Wait 25 mins in the drive thru for cold fries and an anemic sandwich. Literally half an inch thick and dry. Wish i had realized before biting it. Should have figure becuas3 when i arrived at the window, there were 5 to 6 orders just piled up on the counter. How long was my order just sitting there? Disgusting. Go to the one down the street by the mall
