Ordered an iced coffee with the attendant. When I got to the pick up window the employee working there handed me a regular coffee. I told them I ordered an iced coffee, but then the attendant just said “well they rang you up for a regular coffee. Cold didn’t care. No attempt to give me what I ordered. Not a big deal I just took the coffee to not hold up the line. Customer service was way worse than the McDonald’s up the street and the sandwich wasn’t anything special. It will be my pleasure not to come again.

Worst chick fil a ever! I ordered curbside pickup way before the breakfast cutoff time. Once order was placed the app said they will start cooking before i get there. I get there at 10:25 and all of the curbside spots were taken and the parking spots were full. I finally found a parking spot and my order was canceled. I talk to the drive through lady and she said for me to go inside to speak to the manager. The manager did absolutely nothing at all to make the situation right. However she did let us buy one of the meals i ordered because that’s all they had left. I went back literally 2 minutes later to order the rest of what they had left and was told they could not sell it to us. However the food was right there and it was 10:45 when they said they couldn’t sell it to us anymore because after 10:45 it’s food safety reason. However it was 10:45 not after 10:45 so the logic didn’t make sense. They are rude and do not have good customer service.

Fries were old, cold, a lot of them soggy with grease and a few dry. Also dark in color. Ask for a cookie but didn’t receive it. Notice on my receipt it was never added even after cashier repeated it back to me for assurance

I mean of course we all know these guys always go above and beyond but to actually be the one it happens to is always cool. So for the first time I ordered a salad and I was already unsure which one I wanted but I ended up choosing the spicy southwest. Nick was a great help in my decision. I assume it came with spicy fried chicken but when I received my salad, it was a chilled spicy grilled chicken. I was not excited as I was in the beginning and luckily Tara saw that and suggested to change it out, as well as told me how to order in the future. I just appreciate the small gestures that ultimately become big ones. Thanks guys I really wanted this salad lol

I like the food. I particularly like the Cobb Salad w Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Strips with Avocado Ranch dressing. It is my favorite item from the menu. I also like to order the kale salad with a side of grilled chicken nuggets, and of course the waffle fries yummy . I like their organization, clean restaurant, restrooms and the quick completion of the order. I like to order ahead of time using the app (to get points) and go for pick up.

This location won’t get anymore of my money. Too many young people. Not to mention they have no consideration for patrons that slip and fall in their parking lot knowing that the paint is slick and has no slip/fall additive when it rains. Better not fall in their parking lot because they will not pay the claim. I’ll take my business to Hardee’s.

They really need 0 stars but since a 1 is all I can give them which they don’t deserve then here you go. First off they put my moms food in the same container because we ordered the same sandwich with no bread they put both sandwiches in the same container not bag but container. The nuggets are always like rubber you’ll never finish chewing them. I ordered a 12 count then they gave me a 7 count and yes I went back because I paid for a 12 count. Then I ordered a salad I asked for an extra ranch for my salad I only had 1 to begin with he then says I’m going to have to charge you .27 cents for that ok I paid it no problem then he comes out with blue cheese crumbles in a cup I asked what was that he said you wanted blue cheese I said no I just wanted an extra ranch for my salad I only have 1 and I like to use 2 he said “oh you have a salad?? “ duh sir what did you think you were passing out the window I then told him just take the blue cheese crumbles back and give me my .27 I’ll settle for the 1 ranch I know I said ranch because I don’t even like blue cheese so that wouldn’t even be on my mind the people don’t listen the food is terrible but they go fast so if you want so fast nasty food and don’t mind your order being wrong or eating out the same container with your friend then go here good luck
