First time here and I was impressed. The food was fantastic. The Brussel sprouts were so good and crispy and the loaded fries were to die for. Also, some of the best fried pickles I’ve had. The servers were all really sweet and helpful. This is like 45 mins from where I live but it was worth the drive and I’ll be back.

Had an excellent experience. Greeted as soon as I walked in. The server was on top of things. Suggested the grilled nuggets which were a hit. Ordered a southwest salad to go which was also delicious later on. Okra was on point as well and of course their famous sweet tea is always great.

This is a very very unique Chick-fil-A restaurant. We have never seen a Chick like this. They have different items on the menu. If you decide to dine in, they even seat you and they provide table service. They have appetizers and even Mac and cheese and fried okra. When you do come here for a visit take your time looking over the menu. It’s a very fun setting. It’s like an old time dinner. Everything was very clean. We highly recommend this restaurant.

I ordered chicken noodle soup and got home and it’s so spicy it’s not edible. $6!!
When I called the young girl seemed to think it was cute that someone had accidentally put their spicy soup in with the regular chicken noodle. No apologies.

I ate inside for the first time with a friend who eats there all the time. He was shocked at the service we received. They originally refused to make his order as usual (said they weren’t allowed to put it together that way). In the end, they put his sandwich the way he wanted, but my order came on his plate. I had to ask for utensils. My friend had to ask for napkins. The food had no flavor (no seasoning, no salt), and Ive had the brussel sprouts before and they were really good. It just wasnt the experience you’d expect from Chik Fil A. If I go back, it will be Drive thru service only. Things aren’t the way they used to be.

Way too many issues at this location. The staff will literally gather behind the counter and talk until ready to take your order. They questioned their own wrong order too much, this is a night occurrence, not sure if daytime is the same

One exciting place to visit… they offer foods and sauces not available at all CFAs. Had the Hot Brown and my wife had a breakfast skillet. I wish we had this store near home. Raychell was a doll and gave great service. Totally pleasurable experience. Sit down, order, and if it’s your first time let them know.

12/22/2025 10:30am seated and left after 15min never was waited on. The temp in the dining room was no warmer then 65 degrees. Went to the manager and was very apologetic and was told it was it was cold in the dining because the drive thru door had to remain open. Not a good experience compared to other locations
