The woman through the drive through never took my order then had me go to the second window to make my order. They took my order and told me to drive over to a VIP slot, I sat there for 20 minutes and no one came over. I went inside and was told my order was thrown away due to a no-show. The Manager offered me a milkshake but she couldn’t reorder my fund and give me a refund due to the inconvenience. My food should have been free it’s not my fault the guy at the window threw it away!!

The little door in front is so fun! You can go through it which is so cute. The drive thru line is long as usual, but we went inside and got our drinks pretty fast. The cloudberry drink was super good! Nice and sweet and had a good flavor. The lady who took our order was really nice.

Chick Fila is ok. The food and service is not what I’ve come to know from ChickFilA. Hopefully something will happen, and get back to the quality of old days and some of the staff needs to be retrained as well.

Yeahhhhh I think I’m done with this location. Today was the last straw. I’ve had a few unfortunate incidents at this location. Today, Instead of the usual “my pleasure” I get “ You good”….huh? If I wanted that response after placing my order I would have went to McDonalds or some other ghetto establishment……,they don’t have to worry about me anymore for the foreseeable future…I’m good as the young man said lol.
