The manager working veteran’s day (NIGHT SHIFT) is horrible. If I ordered the market salad and bleu cheese already comes on there and I ordered EXTRA BLEU CHEESE why does it look like none is on there and he had the nerve to tell me it was a lot on there when I saw the salad before the person picking up my food asked for more. Idk what is going on with chick fil a, but y’all need to start back doing better. The service everywhere is just becoming a horrible.

I really do want to leave zero stars for this Chick-fil-A location. Sorry just absolutely sorry every time I come here it’s something. It’s either something missing out of my order or I just don’t get the order at all if I place it online. I am sick and tired of this location and I will not be back. and I do expect better from this particular area. this is not Riverdale or some other bad area. Do better.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Fayetteville Chick-fil-A Dwarf House. My son and I came in for breakfast expecting the usual welcoming atmosphere Chick-fil-A is known for, but that was far from what we received. We stood at the hostess stand for approximately seven minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. Multiple staff members and members of management walked past us during that time, yet no one spoke, made eye contact, or offered any update on wait times.

I understand it was a bit busy during breakfast hours, but simple communication goes a long way. A quick greeting or “we’ll be right with you” would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, the lack of basic customer service made us feel overlooked and unwelcome, and we ultimately reconsidered dining in.

I hope leadership addresses this, because the service experience did not reflect the standard typically associated with the Chick-fil-A brand.

Don’t ask for extra anything especially if you’re charged for whatever you’re asking for. You won’t get it… charge me for extra chicken and add no extra chicken? Make it make sense. Quite literally the worst Chick-fil-A in existence. Terrible drive thru experience. No one listens. It takes 20 minutes minimum to get chicken nuggets. All around terrible. Do not go here. There’s 2 others within a 15 min drive. Take the time and make that drive.

The atmosphere is cool, the food was ok. It honestly tasted like left over chic fil a and the other items were for sure either microwaved or frozen. It’s definitely a cool spot, maybe I just went on a bad day. Service was great, food came quick and overall not bad. Good job.

Went through the drive-thru at 11:45. The person who took my order ordered breakfast for me when breakfast is over at 11. This was discovered when I got all the way to the window. They said they were going to make it right by refunding me and they did. My interpretation of this was that they were going to get my order correct and actually buy me lunch for the inconvenience. NOPE. And I’m not necessarily somebody who’s something to get something for free. But I guess they need to rephrase what they mean next time. Because I was really surprised when they took my order correctly and then told me how much it was going to cost and expected me to pay for it right there. Which technically I should do because I am getting food right? But then they tell me to pull up and wait… In the VIP parking area. Well I definitely wasn’t a VIP. Because even though I reminded her twice at the window she didn’t remember the sauces I wanted. So she had to go back and get them and I had to wait a minute longer. While driving away I decided to snack at my fries, only to realize they got the order wrong again and gave me a small instead of a large. So I had to turn around through traffic and waste a couple more minutes out of my life going back. I walked inside when the girl that brought me my food didn’t even acknowledge me. I understand she was working on another order but she looked at me and ignored me while she was feeling of 1 gallon bottle of tea. Literally standing there for an entire minute for the bottle to fill she could have said, “Sir can help you?”. After moving around a little bit more she realized I had the bag in my hand from the drive-thru and I think she connected the dots. That was when she finally asked me what was wrong and I told her that my order was still wrong. She got me a large french fry which fixed the issue. But something that should have taken the 2 minutes that Chick-fil-A is always stellar about took 15 minutes. Yes I know I’m complaining about first world problems here. But it’s not the service you expect. You would think after all of that they would have tried to make it up to me somehow. Being a Chef and a owner of multiple restaurants, this is something I never would have happen. It also seems like everybody was on break and there was no manager available either. Otherwise I would have said something then instead of leaving this review. Oh well…

I came through this chick-fil-a to get breakfast and was incredibly disappointed. I ordered a grilled hash brown bowl and received what looked to be 2 hash-browns, barely any eggs and some unmelted cheese. I went inside to ask for a remake and they gave me the same bowl I had before. The bowl itself looked a lot smaller as well. I called the manager and he said he personally made the bowl and thought it looked great, so if you want half a portion of a Lukewarm bowl and to be starving all day come to this Cfa! We just wanted a decent breakfast before our 17 hour shift at the Christmas market L O L
