So I am a signature member at chick-fil-a so I go by them quite often so I am aware how the product is meant to look. The time before I came through this chick-fil-a The fruit cup was underfilled but I wasn’t worried about it because that can be an accident but this last order I got was very bad. All the quality of food was bad. The first thing i will list is not the end of the world; I ordered a breakfast filet It was broken into separate pieces. It was still edible so it was fine just disappointing. I also ordered the Mini rolls and they had no honey butter at all which we all know is the best part. So that really sucked but its not harmful either. Now for this next fruit cup the photo I have does not quite cover how bad it looks in reality. The apples have gone so bad they’re going clear almost. They were a weird brown color and if it wasn’t brown it was clear from rotting. They have also been there so long there was a pool of water that filled at least half the cup. Not like I was going to eat it after seeing that so it doesn’t matter but there were not strawberries either. The staff was nice. So no complaint there but I didn’t notice the quality of food till I was gone.

This Chick Fil A is one of the best in the area. Their leadership teams are always checking on customers in the dining area as well as helping staff where help is needed. The wait times in the drive thru are never long either! Ralph and Ashley make an excellent team.

this chicfila is cool but your employees need to learn how to listen. if i say i want grilled nuggets, i don’t want fried nuggets. if i ask for dijon mustard, i do not want yellow mustard. if i ask for pickles instead of lettuce and don’t get either, now im disappointed. it’s not that difficult they’re just not listening and taking the time to properly put it in.

My experience was so good I felt like leaving a review! I ordered ahead using the mobile app and dined in. The service was quick, the staff were courteous and friendly. The thing I loved the most was the atmosphere- this was one of the best Chic-Fil-A’s i’ve ever been to as the place is extremely clean, modern and well maintained. There was even free mouthwash in the restrooms! Safe to say I was very impressed. Thanks for the great experience! 🙂

At 10:47 the best time to go to Chick-fil-A at this location to have the best original chicken sandwich with honey mustard. The way they served and gave me the food and the way the food tasted was just right out of what they implement in their service through the employees and to their food. Had an experience on the 18th and 25th of February where the food here made me really really sick for some reason so I called in just to see if I could get a replacement and go to another store not even a refund mind you. I talked to a guy manager he was sweet to me initially but when he put me on “hold” I over heard a conversation which I assume was with another manager calling me dumb and saying my claim was “bs” and that it isn’t their problem which hurt because I was being so respectful at least I thought. I’m not usually one to call and complain but this really hurt my feeling

I stopped visiting chik fil a’s after the response to my 3rd complaint after a less than satisfactory visit, was the same “cut and paste” response to my first 2 feedbacks:”sorry you weren’t satisfied…here’s $5”. The 3rd response didn’t even identify the store, it actually had in the response. However, my wife wanted something so I went to the drive thru since I’ve deleted my mobile app. I ordered an 8-piece nugget meal with a large Coke Zero. The individual taking the order asked if I wanted the large fries as well or just the Coke…I responded just the Coke. Shame on me for not being more diligent, but when I got home found out they only rang up the nuggets and Coke. I couldn’t verify in line since they don’t provide receipts. Since I ordered a meal and we discussed if I wanted the fries large as well, I assumed the simple order was accurate. I feel the company has set high standards and now they are relying on that to keep the people coming in. I don’t feel they are nearly focused on customer service as they used to be and it definitely shows. There are too many places to spend my money without consistently being disappointed. I will continue my avoidance of chik fil a…they didn’t do anything today to make me think they’ve changed.

We went here last night because I was given a gift card. We’re not huge Chic-Fil-A people, but it’s free food. Food was good. Nothing fantastic. The young man at the counter was incredibly helpful and pleasant. I upgraded my meal drink to the key lime frozen lemonade. Basically was just a lime shake, and sweet. No sour flavor you usually get with limes, which was a bummer. I love the sour!
Overall, food came out fast and was a good experience. Just nothing special like the die-hards say! Haha

This location consistently gets orders wrong. I typically order an egg white grill with 2 extra egg whites. I have to send it back 90% of the time because they only put 2 egg whites on the breakfast sandwich instead of 3. They then tell me to pull up and wait for them to fix it which typically takes 5+ minutes.
I ordered a chicken egg and cheese muffin earlier this week for my wife. I get home and it was a chicken egg and cheese biscuit. I called the store twice and they said they would put a free breakfast item on my account. That was 48+ hours ago, and still haven’t seen it in the app.
I go to a lot of different CFAs, but this one the most since I live near it. This is the only one that consistently gets things wrong.
