bad experience, I went for breakfast this morning and not only did they forget my breakfast bowl but they also gave me NO condiments when I asked for extra so now I have a dry biscuit and less food than I paid for. I would’ve expected better. very disappointed.

I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! (Pictures included) I already been cleansing myself of meat and fried food but I was tired and just got off work and wanted to feed the family. I ordered a large combo (large fries and drink) for my grown sons and I got home and had a large fry box half full for both. It was literally the same amount as a medium which defeated the entire purpose of ordering a large. I called the manager and she said she’d replace the large fries. When I got there I explained to the drive through workers and gave them my name as I already been told to just pick up the fries. They gave me the third degree and basically accused me of lying as if I would waste two trips to lie about fries. The manager replaced the fries but the damage is already done. You do not get what you pay for and they don’t care about the customers anymore, its all about getting the most money from people, while giving them the bare minimum. I was really tired but I had to defend it because I’m simply tired of being charged for services I did not receive just because the store wants to increase profit by squeezing the quality out of the product.

We got a to go order and the line was long but was moving at an amazing rate of speed. So don’t let the long line fool you here. You are in and out in no time. Food was amazing and the people that are taking your order and giving you your food are nice and friendly. Always making sure we had everything we needed.

Worst chickfila west of Atlanta. This is the 3rd time we’ve ordered food for the family, got home and had items missing. One time alright everyone makes mistakes, two times now Dad or mom have to go without, third time ive learned my lesson. I shouldnt have to check my bag to make sure the employees do their job. We won’t be returning to this location ever again.

Food is always overcooked. The sandwiches are awful. The drive thru area is a mess and has almost caused several wrecks. I have tried too many times to give this place chances and I’m done. Won’t be back to this location.

Waffle fries are the one good thing i enjoy here. This place has a successful double drive through with room outside to spare. Can’t eat inside as far as i know looked mostly for working. Can eat at tables outside their walk to and order window. Nice place.

Made a mobile order where a sandwich was left out, came all the way back to get it and they forget the sauce so I had to go back a 3rd time to park and get sauce. This is the 3rd time I’ve had this issue at this location and certainly won’t be returning as the employees acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking for my correct order.
