This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The service was terrible. My food was cold when given to me. I also ordered a parfet with cookie and received one without cookie crumble. There was no attention to the order nor to detail. If it is going to continue like this then the location needs to be shut down

It’s literally the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to, but I keep going because it’s the only one close to me. No exaggeration, EVERYTIME I come here my dressing or salad toppings are missing from my order. Most of the time, I have it delivered through Uber Eats, so I can’t check my bag. The last time I went, I asked the lady to let me check my bag before she walked away, and sure enough, no dressing and no polynesian sauce. It’s ridiculous at this point.

Everytime I go here my order is either never right or they forget something like the straws!!! The chicken sandwiches keep getting smaller and more and more ice in the drinks. A large drink won’t even last eating a sandwich.. also to top it off the sprite taste like water. The buns on the Spicy sandwiches were flat like paper. Completely disappointing considering the price you pay and the “reputation” they are supposed to have.

The person making the breakfast in the mornings needs to be fired or taught the difference between sausage and chicken. This is the third time in two weeks that I have gotten sausage instead of chicken. The receipt says chicken. The manager Rachel took care of it the first time. But come on. Three times is enough. Today we had a couple salads, Southwest and Garden. Totally delicious, our kids had nuggets and fries. The crew was attentive and welcoming, they even approached our table and offer to get refills for us. Over all a great experience today. Bathrooms were very clean and we’ll stocked. The kids playground was also clean a bit small but overall good for a toddler or small child to spend some good time while you enjoy your food. Definitely recommend this location. Thumbs up!

I truly hate getting chick fil a here, service is good but they ALWAYS forget certain items in my meal. Not once have I gotten my meal with either my sauces, fries, or condiments for my salad. I always have to double check and come back and that is truly sad and poorly managed. Please do better, it’s getting frustrating. wish there was a 0 rating on here.
