the app probably shouldn’t let you place a breakfast order and then cancel it when you’re pulling in because its “10:30” and breakfast has ended. when i explain this to the employees and theres nothing they can do, it’s hard to believe theres no breakfast items 1 minute after they stopped serving it. usually i go to other cfa’s because the staff is actually nice at others. i’ve never had an issue at a restaurant, but this location is just mean even if you want some chicken and didn’t miss breakfast.

This Chic Fil A has gone way down hill. I got a kids meal for my son and the entire meal was cold and stale. Not to mention the rude drive thru worker named Jackson who took my order. He was speaking to me as if I was bothering him when placing my order. Why work here if you plan to have that type of attitude? I think some customer service training could really benefit this location because they are not upholding Chic Fil A’s standard! Do not recommend!

I love this location because of convenience but today to walk up to the doors to get something as simple as ice cream that I had already order through app, and be told sorry the dining area is closed at 8:59pm est. so why does the app even allow you to order pick up if you are forced to wait on a drive thru line that is taking longer to than it needed to. I’m just disappointed on the lack of customer service the girl who came to the locked doors did not say oh let grab you order, what did you get. Just made me go through the drive thru. I really hate going through Chick-fil-A drive thru is long. And then, once I made it to the window, they didn’t even have my order ready a simple ice stream cup. It was sitting at the pick up area that no one knew about because it was a pick up order and not a drive-through order. Thank you for the melted ice cream.

I had a disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location. An $8 wrap was added to my order that I never requested. When I pointed it out, I spoke with the supervisor, but instead of resolving the issue professionally, I received a dismissive and rude response.
What makes this more frustrating is that this same situation has happened to me and my friends multiple times at this location items being added to orders that were never ordered. When I mentioned that I would be writing a review about my experience, the supervisor responded, “If you want too do it”
Mistakes can happen, but repeated issues and poor customer service are unacceptable, especially from a brand known for better standards.

My recent experience at your store was disappointing. Erin, the cashier, did not demonstrate the courtesy I’ve come to expect from Chik-Fil-A. When I asked a simple question, he responded with an unpleasant look, and the way he looked at my daughter was unacceptable. This is not the level of respect or professionalism that reflects your brand’s reputation. I urge you to provide better training for your staff or ensure that those representing your company are better equipped to treat customers with respect and care.

I went thru the drive thru today, paid $53 for my family’s lunch. When we got home, they forgot the 5 piece nugget and 3 honey mustard sauces. I called the location spoke with Hope the manager and she basically said she could not refund me over the phone that I would have to come back to the store to credit my card which was not convenient at all. Or if I used the app she could give me credits but I could not load the app I would’ve had to already have the app and used it. So basically im screwed! Horrible service, cant believe it won’t be going back.

If it was one time, I would chalk up the poor service as an anomaly. Three times though, that is a more systemic problem with how this franchise cannot fulfill orders properly. On top of that is corporate Chick-fil-A does not refund customers for their mistakes; instead, they only offer credits. On this occasion, I ordered breakfast through the drive-thru only to discover at home an $8 item was not included. By the time I returned fifteen minutes later, breakfast hours had concluded, and only the lunch menu was available. Because I ordered through the app, the location was unable to refund my payment. If I cannot trust this Chick-fil-A to prepare and provide my meal as ordered and there’s not a way to obtain a refund for its mistakes, then it doesn’t make sense to keep coming here. This is a problem for the location because of their inability to consistently prepare food as ordered AND for corporate because of their policies that tie the hands of franchisees. Be careful when you frequent this location and understand going into your experience that you will not be able to recoup any money if they make a mistake, which they are very prone to do.

If I could give this Chick-fil-A zero stars I WOULD!!!! This is the second time in a week that they have screwed up my freaking order and nobody seems to give a crap. Chick-fil-A USED to care about their customers but now that clearly isn’t the case. They literally just serve you any freaking thing!!! Clearly it’s no LONGER their PLEASURE. You’re basically getting McDonalds serve but paying much more. Look at what they served me in the drive thru during breakfast hours!!! And to be clear this was how it looked as soon as I opened the foil. Wow, talk about a rip off and lack of quality food/service!!! You all should be ashamed!!!

This Chick-fil-A has been getting worse over the years. From breakfast burritos missing ingredients to milkshakes and drinks that are sticky when they hand them to you. Every restaurant makes mistakes, but this one has been consistently off — sometime uncharacteric of Chick fila historically
