Updated review: With such grace I have repeated multiple visits in remaining a faithful customer of the BRAND Chick-Fil-A, I have received couples of napkins since my former review where I stated I would receive AN napkin for LARGE multiple people orders
I will take this as feedback being registered in having visited as AN individual receiving the bestow meant of multiple napkins with my order.

I absolutely had to take time to shine light on this employee. I stopped by the store in the afternoon and went through the drive-thru and I was lucky enough to be helped by Saniya. From the moment she greeted me her bubbly and positive energy stood out. She took the time to walk me through the menu, answered all of my questions with patience, and helped me decide exactly what I wanted to eat without ever making me feel rushed. She is such a sweet soul and you can tell she loves what she does. Experiences like this are what keep people coming back. She is truly an asset to the store and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

I had such a great experience at the Chick-fil-A drive-thru today! Caitlyn was absolutely amazing—she was friendly, patient, and made the whole process quick and easy. She greeted me with a smile, double-checked my order, and made sure everything was perfect before I drove off. The food was hot, fresh, and came out faster than expected. It’s clear Caitlyn really cares about providing excellent service, and it made my visit stand out. Definitely one of the best drive-thru experiences I’ve had!

I ordered my food through mobile. Went to pick it up around 9:30pm Everything went smooth until I got my food. I ordered wrap meal with soup, ice cream and sweet tea, kids meals with ice cream with sweet tea and a milkshake. I thought we had everything in the bag until i had to double check which I was missing a milkshake. Drove around and told the Spanish girl that I was missing an item. She ask if I ordered it. I said yes, it’s on the receipt. She gave me this confused look and told me to just drive to the front. Once I drove to the front, 3 girls just stared at me and didn’t ask if I need anything. They kept walking around inside the Resturant and look like they were talking about me. I called them out and mentioned to one of the girl that I was missing a milkshake. I looked over and saw it was sitting on the table the whole time. She didn’t want to give me a milkshake until I told her that’s mine over there. Smh I felt like customer service there today was bad. I love Chick-fil-A but for some reason they wasn’t nice at all. I didn’t get the same treatment like before. Maybe because they’re younger employees there. But I was pretty much disappointed.

I recently got some Chick-fil-A for dinner because I hadn’t had it in a while. Although it was a quick process within the drive-thru, the employees were nicer and more attentive than expected! I had my order taken by a girl named Brilana. She actually went out of her way to converse with me happily, double checked my lengthy order with no mistakes! Will be visiting again.

Good food but some of the employees have an attitude. Victoria has messed up my order multiple times and fails to own up to her mistakes. I don’t mind if someone messes up once in a while but this has been every time I go.

They never get your order right whether it be missing sauces or straws.
Also, the quality of the food is surprisingly low compared to other Chick-fil-A locations considering most Chick-fil-A locations serve good food across the board.
Greasy fries and sandwiches that look like someone sat on it for 30 minutes.
Do yourself a favor and just drive a couple more minutes to another location. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
