It strikes me as odd how you can visit different Applebees and get such different experiences. This visit was lack luster… the food was … meh, the service was worse. When a customer asks for something “extra” or “different ” I know it’s a pain in the butt… however you’d think they’d at least try. I didn’t think asking for my fries to be crispy… or just cooked a wee bit more was asking for too much. What I received was mushy fries I couldn’t and didn’t even eat. The server didn’t check on us so I couldn’t even ask for crispier fries. The pink lemonade I love so much from Applebees was flavorless. I did ask for more flavour & they brought the flavor bottle from the bar and squirted one shot… unfortunately it was no where near as delicious as the pink lemonade I’ve had at other Applebees. *sigh* This location was overall very disappointing. We won’t be back to this location… Too bad cus it’s the closest one to us. I would recommend going to another Applebees or a completely different restaurant in the area….

Applebee’s has always been my husband’s favorite. It has the best Triple Chocolate Meltdown and Fiesta Lime Chicken I’ve ever had. The staff has always been fantastic no matter which Applebee’s restaurant I went to. So grateful for them.

The place was really full but the service was great. Food came out perfect timing and was delicious! The four cheese honey pepper chicken pasta was fantastic. My kids were able to really enjoy the experience too.

So I haven’t been to Applebee’s for quite some time. They finally brought back a dish that was great, the endless wings. So it was time to go back. Restaurant was very clean, I was seated quickly server was there even more quickly. Once the order was in I began to see a slight problem. First, for just ordering ice water I was rewarded with only one refill over an hours plus time. Second, for only 5 flavors they were very good at not bringing the flavor you wanted. Third, or server was leaving and then no one else came to check on me. Like see ya here’s the check adios. Even with the call server button pressed and a flashing red indicator very visible no one came to see what I wanted. So ultimately I had to get up from the table and get some assistance before I departed. Ultimately food was good, prices right where I needed them to be and service literally no where in sight. Place wasn’t even all that busy. Hopefully this doesn’t happen in the future or I may have to abandon the apple again. Cheers….

Terrible customer service 10 mins on a Monday afternoon before 5pm not a single waiter came to even check on our table to ask if we were ready to order . On our way out we let the host dressed in all black know that we received no service since she sat us so we were leaving and the host beside her with the red shirt and with tattoos on her arm said oh well bluntly while we were still standing there. If this is the type of customer service standards upheld in this particular location that’s a shame compared to the great service provided at the north rainbow location.

Service felt uninviting and unmotivated, seems as if we were imposing and we were embarrassed of the food quality. Pasta was dry and the server did bring us sauce to add over it but the chicken was still overly salted. Drinks were never refilled unless we stopped and asked. Asked for an overload lava cake to go however was given a frozen cake with icecream. Not worth the time or money spent. Only left 10% for service however even then that felt like too much. Atmosphere was messy. When were arrived we were told we’d have to wait 10-15 minutes for a booth because there were none available however the booths were empty just covered with dishes. We didn’t have to wait the full 10 minutes more like 5 however for them not being a full house or busy they definitely were messy. Bathroom had paper all over the floor. Overall 1 star seems appropriate

Good food, good beer/drinks, good service. I always enjoy coming to applebees. Our waiter was great. The music was good. The atmosphere was good. They have lots of tvs in the bar area for sports watching. They have a new happy hour special. The ribs are decent. Fries are on point. Definitely ask for a side of their BBQ sauce it’s great.
