Chick fil A on Simpsonville Main Street.
I overlooked the fact I received 11 bits and pieces of grilled chicken nuggets instead of 12 and came back a few months later for a Cool Chicken Wrap.
It used to be my favorite item.
In addition to the missing Avocado dressing it contained more tortilla than filling.
It was not a Cool Wrap. It was a half empty wrap with minimal chicken filling and a couple of straggly pieces of lettuce.
Disappointed again.
Friendly place but cutbacks in the food makes for a dismal experience.

Chick fila is my go to place, never have to worry about the line it moves relatively fast. To borrow a phrase ‘they do chicken right’. The biggest asset is the employees, Mark, Jayce, and Brian just to name a few, there all good just don’t have their names. Go by and get some chicken, and don’t worry about the line, you will be in and out in no time !

I’m a huge fan of Chick-fil-A and that played a part in wanting to order some for my family tonight. I understand it’s a holiday though and you might want to reward your employees with some time off, but if you’re going to close early. I suggest maybe updating your hours on the app and google. Instead, your app allowed me to order food, drive to the store, AND put a hold charge on my account. Only to find out it’s closed.

Overall I have never really had an issue with this location, but today I don’t know what happened. I ordered food for work and when I got to work, I took my first bite and my spicy deluxe had a brunette hair in it. It wasn’t a small hair either. I almost threw up because the length was just crazy. They don’t make it easy it easy to contact the restaurant about it either. I won’t be eating it and will be bringing t back to the restaurant tomorrow when I get off work

I hate to say this as I have never had a bad chicken cool wrap from chick-fil-a but today I was severely disappointed after ordering a trusted menu item on my short lunch break. Once I got back to work I realized they did not include the avocado dressing that comes with the wrap:(
Then I started eating and the taste was much worse than the many cool wraps I have eaten before, so I began to pick apart the wrap to at least eat the chicken. That’s when I noticed much of the lettuce was bad 🙁 I was very disappointed as I wasted money on a lunch I could barely eat.

Nice Christmas music playing, not too loud, not too soft, just perfect. Person that took my order was extremely nice. I think he was a manager. Very pleasant. Put me in a good mood..

After waiting in-line inside for 15 minutes they gave me the wrong food. I drove 4 miles up the road and came back after I noticed my order was wrong. Had to wait in-line again for 15 minutes. Took another 20 minutes to get my food. Asked for the other food that was wrong a trashed it in front of me. Never offered to pay for my food for my inconvenience of waiting and coming back. While I was inside waiting someone hit my vehicle in their parking lot. They wouldn’t let me look at the video of my car being damaged to see if a plate number was visible from the vehicle hitting my car. They made me call the authorities because they couldn’t ? I waited over an hour for the city to come but found out they transferred it to the Highway Patrol. I finally left with no help or I’m sorry. I repaired my vehicle out of pocket cause the repair was approximately $25 over my deductible. I won’t be back to that place again.

Visited this location this evening 10/8 at 6:41pm and was the worst take out decision ever. Ordered grilled chicken meal. The bottom roll was hard as a brick!! I want my money back! Food quality has gone down. Shameful! I’m done with this location. Don’t go. No quality control.
