I have a gluten allergy and requested a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun, they 1. refused to cook the bun and insisted I take home a frozen bun… I’m sorry did I order a frozen sandwich or a cooked one? 2. Then they gave me breaded chicken which I obviously cannot eat and didn’t order, I ordered grilled. They did nothing to solve the matter and never have. The woodruff road location is horrible service and don’t care about customers just money but who’s shocked ?

I walked inside to place a take out order. Wish I had checked my bag. I ordered a cobb salad with the light Italian dressing but it was left out of bag. I checked the ticket on the bag. The cashier did do her job properly. IDK what happened. Seems they’d double check a ticket? It’s just difficult when traveling sometimes. It’s not like being home where I can grab a fork when they forget… Never had this happen at any Chick-fil-A. I travel often.

Stopped here for lunch from work…received a chicken wrap with no (extremely little chicken) in it!!! Could not take it back as i was on a tight lunch break and to get back meant that I had to cross woodruff road and spend 15 min sitting there. Unacceptable and expensive as hell. Never coming back.
