I came in wanting to try a frosted Dr. pepper but wasn’t to sure and Monique stepped up and was able to break down the differences between a float and a frosted drink. Once she explained how the flavors change based off her own personal experience I knew I wanted a float instead and she was right it tasted really good and I’m more than satisfied with her customer services. She went above and beyond to help make sure I got something I’d like the first time.

Another great experience at a Chic-fil-a. It was very fast and efficient. The folks working there were so nice and friendly. Jessica helped me, and she was so sweet. I would recommend them to everyone in the area looking for delicious chicken to stop by and try them out.

Chick-fil-A is consistent on their food. Service is what’s usually the difference. Took a couple of grandkids to grab a bite after a movie. Found a table and order via the QR code on the table. Food was delivered quickly. Half of the drinks came a few minute. Went to the counter to retrieve the other sodas and reminded them we have a couple of shakes also. 10 minutes later went to get those. Also had to get the kids ice cream treat. I’ve never had worse service at a Chick-fil-A. Also the kids complained because there’s no kids zone play area. We will not return to that location.

I got a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru, and every staff member I encountered was SO nice! When I got to the window the employee greeted me by name and gave me a free cookie as well! Loved my experience here and will definitely be returning. (Also, everything was delicious)

As a Myrtle Beach native, I’m truly disappointed by the portion sizes at this location. My mother and I both ordered the 8-count nugget combo, and the nuggets were noticeably smaller—about half the size they usually are. At first, I thought I had accidentally received a kids meal. The fries were smaller too
In today’s economy, when two meals cost over $20, customers expect consistency and value. Chick-fil-A has always been my go-to for reliable fast food, especially while traveling, but this experience was frustrating enough that I won’t return to this location. If I notice this trend at other locations, I’ll seriously reconsider my loyalty. Disappointed, especially since this has been one of the few fast food spots I’ve trusted over the years.

So expensive not worth the amount it cost at all. The quality of the chicken has definitely decreased. Completely disappointed when biting into 2 knuckles in my sandwich. I couldn’t even continue eating it … The chicken chik fil a used to use would never be anything but premium. Cutting corners equals cutting quality.

Chick-fil-A is usually a stable go-to for quality food fast, great atmosphere, and lovely staff members. My visit to this location was unusual. While the staff was friendly and the food was excellent, I actually have a complaint. Our drinks came before we made it to the window – a plus effort! However, when we got to the window we were asked what were we waiting on….umm, our food perhaps! Then we got the food and pulled off just knowing our order was correct except when we got halfway home we realized the three chocolate chip cookies we ordered and paid for weren’t in the bag! I would have went back but this was in SC and we live in VA.

Me and my family were about to walk in today but before going in we saw a couple bring in their 2 dogs. One was small and one was big which was a shepherd and they shed a lot. We waited in hopes somebody would tell them they had to sit outside with 2 dogs in a restaurant but they didn’t come out after 20 minutes so we left. There is outside sitting.

It was pretty much what you expect from a Chick-fil-A. Kind service and good food.
They were extremely busy and something was up with the ice cream machine this particular time and the manager on duty seemed flustered but she kept apologizing.
It took a while to get our food, but it was still delicious.
