I ordered through door dash, opened the one half of the wrap after a couple of bites (to of course add extra sauce) and found a green twist tie. I contacted door dash and will also call this location to let them know. This could have ended badly for being careless or not paying attention.

Im visiting from TX and ordered breakfast last Wednesday June 14, 2023…my fruit was sour and my chicken biscuits were cold. My hash browns were greasy and limp. I chalked it up because everybody has a bad day but I spent about $30. I decided to give another try and much earlier this time to avoid maybe getting the last of the batches. I was completely disappointed. My bacon egg and cheese biscuits were cold and the bread was hard. I ordered chicken minis as well and mini was an understatement!! I literally got the crumbs of the chicken in my cold yeast rolls. I am utterly disappointed and will not be back. Unless you only want to go for good customer service and a smile I suggest you keep driving. Waste of money, time, and food. And I am staying less than a minute from this particular Chick-fil-A so there was no time for my food to get cold. Maybe lunch is better but I won’t be the one to find out. Hope this helps.

The worst chicken club I have ever eaten. I have never ever had a bad thing to say about chick filet. They have always been great. The club they gave me was pink and tasted as if it had some type of grit on it. May have been the pepper. Not sure but it was terrible. Had to wash it down with a peach shake and a cola.

I visited your location about 35-40 minutes ago. I ordered your grilled chicken sandwich. I could not pick up the bun due to it was old and it crumbled apart. So I had to eat the sandwich without the bun. This was very upsetting. We were too far to bring it back. You must do better Mr. Fil-A.

This a first. I have never had a salad from chick filet that i has to pick out bad lettuce. The dark green slimy kind after the first 2 pieces .well they were small and got missed no big deal .i kept finding them where it was no longer enjoyable having to inspect every bite thinking what else was missed .attempted to speak with manager but he was in conversation with employee.first time eating at this location . half my husbands fries were little bitsy pieces and two chunks of the end of the potato undercooked .quality control is not up to par.

It was steady but not overly busy while I was there. The sandwich wasn’t very fresh, fries were kind of warm and the strips were also room temperature. I wasn’t impressed with the service and had to stand there for several minutes for a refill of my drink. Overall, they need to do better.

Place is nice, clean; staff are courteous. Ordered at drive-thru. Order was not correct; 8 pc.chicken nugget meal (at $11 and change) had was 7 pieces; 2 of the pieces were just deep fried breading…..no chicken in them at all. Fries were undercooked…not crispy.

I ordered 5 sandwiches and a 12 piece chicken nuggets. I asked for extra Polynesian sauce and they gave me 1 pack of sauce. The sandwiches were also cold. Every time I come here my food is always cold.
