It’s a Chick-fil-A, always decent for fast food. Let’s face it, most fast food sucks. Usually I start to feel nauseous by the second bite. However, not at this Chick-fil-A or any other that I have visited. Anyhow, the food was fine, the place was clean, and the service is far above that at any other fast food place. I had a decent lunch and felt fine afterwards. Now that’s a win win in my book. I know I’m simple, as long as something doesn’t hurt me, it’s ok.

Was ordering near closing for snow shutdown. Food was cold, sandwiches not made correctly, had to make food substation after food was ordered because they didn’t want to prepare ordered and paid for food. Just need better planning for when closing early. Snow started 2 hours later.

Chick fil A is a great example of customer service. They really know how to do it right. The service is excellent, the food is always good. Other fast food chains really do need to learn from them. I highly recommend. Now I plan on enjoying my spicy chicken sandwich you should do the same.

This is my 4th time coming to the Chick-fil-A in Conway, SC and I’m so not impressed. Of all of the Chick-fil-A restaurants and yes I go to them quite often, this has got to be the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. The 4th visit to this particular one and you have to wait forever. Keep in mind, I always order ahead in the app and steal the wait time is particularly long. It does not matter what time of day I visit this establishment, I’m always waiting for my food. For instance, tonight there was only two cars there and I ordered ahead and still there was a wait. Not sure what the hiccup is here but it would be nice to order ahead of arrival and not have to wait as long as I do for my food.

Rude staff. They were very unhelpful. I arrived for breakfast at 10:31 am after already submitting and paying for my order via the app and they refused to help me . One girl even told me to stop talking too cuz her hefty self was out of breath from walking 10 feet.

This is by far the worst chick fila in Horry county. Customer service might be good but food is disgusting everytime I eat here. Fries never fresh and chicken is always old and soggy. This place really need to do better.

Its weird how our culture portrays quality food when its fried. And they market a religion to justify its moral ground. Somewhere a long the line big companies convinced us fried food isnt killing us faster.
