I’ve been to a lot of Chik fil a restaurants but this one was really disappointing. The girl that took my order, rushed me to order. The Mac n cheese tasted old. And my grilled nuggets were dried out.

Let me first say that I love Chick-fil-A. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are amazing. This one is not. It was a horrible experience. This was the poorest run Chick-fil-A I have ever seen. We were in town for the state band competition at Spartanburg High, so we placed a mobile order thinking we would be able to quickly pick it up and be on our way. NOPE. It took 32 minutes to receive our order, and most of it was cold to lukewarm. That’s just crazy for a Chick-fil-A! They were out of multiple items and stopped serving breakfast early. Soooo many people waiting. People were walking out. One local said there is a always a very long wait at this location. I felt for the employees. They seemed to be trying, but their management team and above clearly need some work. If you’re in Spartanburg, I’d try another location.

I just moved up here and got the worse service. I requested a vanilla shake with special instructions and they didn’t add them. I went into the lobby and the mgr on duty had no personality and I don’t care about my customer. I told what happened and her response was, we don’t do special instructions. They also do not give a senior or veteran discount. Fix your people attitude and customer service, then I’ll come back.

This location is always busy, staff is friendly and good food. Dining room could use more frequent cleanings during high table turnover. Myself and several other guests had to sit at dirty tables during a recent visit.

The dining in experience was A+! We went when it wasn’t busy. Love the extra touch of the real flowers on the tables and excellent service behind the counters. It shows that Chik fil A cares who they employ.

I’ve heard about issues with this location’s order accuracy, but I didn’t believe it until I experienced it myself. On the first day, I ordered two drinks – one special order and the other just lemonade. However, when I reached the window, both drinks were special orders. I informed the employee about the mistake, but she said there was nothing she could do, even though there was a lemonade fountain right behind her. I decided to let it go, but my husband didn’t like the combination. The very next day, I returned because our granddaughter wanted Chick-fil-A. Once again, I clearly stated that I wanted two special drinks (one was our granddaughter, kids’ meal) and one was to be a large lemonade. However, when I reached the window, all three drinks were special orders. These experiences, along with others, I haven’t reviewed, are becoming too much. It’s disappointing when the service consistently falls short, especially when it used to be reliable.

This is the worst Chick-fil-a in South Carolina. I went there this afternoon and when I got to the window the girl doesn’t even look at me but calls me the wrong name which was a male name smh. Not only that I paid for a large fry but it looked like a medium fry because it was so empty.

I was told they could not make me a #1 on the lunch menu. I must have been spoiled in Greer SC because they definitions makes it their pleasure to get you what you want. “Do you mind waiting for that to cook” and the tiny space just shut it down and go to another building. I hate it.

This was the worse experience I’ve had at this chain. We went inside and waited 25 mins for our order, and we were missing 2 biscuits. They were taking so long with them, we went back to the front to see what’s the hold up, they come out immediately with 2 biscuits. One was wrong and both were not fresh even tho we were there over 30 mins
