As always, the associates were very nice and made me feel welcome. The service was great, and I actually recieved my meal before I had a chance to sit down.

This used to be a good store but they’re slowly going bad. I’ve had issues with this store while I door dash and I also have issues on my personal time. I walked in around 9:20 and was immediately greeted with a “welcome to chic fil a”. That was nice, but the same lady that greeted me walked away and didn’t help me at all. 2 other employees and a manager walked by me as well. The drive thru wasn’t even that busy so they were just ignoring the customers who were inside. Terrible service. Ended up getting food elsewhere.

Chick-Fil-A has always been known for speedy friendly service, but this location takes it to the next level! Seriously this team could be a pit crew for Formula 1 they were so fast! The young man helping us was smiling, attentive and very helpful. If I’m ever in this town again I will certainly make this my stop for food.

Couldn’t get my order right for Nothing . All I wanted was 1 ice cone and cup with ice cream with chocolate. What was so Hard ¿? Seems like nobody wasn’t listening at all . Then the items they gave me at first Wasn’t made to perfection. I have never seen an ice cone like that ever from Chick-fil-A. , then when I told her this wasn’t correct ,. She gave out loud rude axx “OHHHHHH MY GOD” … what I do ? I came to spend my money and asked for the most easy order ever. !!!!!! Thanks Ms Olivia and Natali for being so pleasant but the young lady who completed the order I didn’t catch her name because her name tag wasn’t noticeable but I came at 4:29pm ,11/1/25 . , Hopefully it’s better when I return . But I didn’t appreciate that type of service at all .

I’m sitting here now. I love Chic Fila. When I we a younger man, I worked for them. I ordered my food, 12 count with fries and a tea. Sat down to eat and unboxed my nuggets. They were old, greasy, just luke warm but the fries were hot. I got up and went to the counter and asked an employee very politely, “could I please get some fresh nuggets? These must have been in the warmer a little too long.” She went to a manager who looked about 12 years old who pressed their finger on my nuggets and sent them back to me. She said, “these are as fresh as they are going to get”. I was furious. I said, “you can either give me nuggets or refund my money”. The manager came over and said, “what seems to be the issue”? I just shook my head. “I don’t have an issue, I didn’t serve old nuggets.” He printed out a ticket and threw my nuggets in the trash. He handed me fresh, hot nuggets. I threw them in the trash and left. I won’t be back. Ever! Really disappointed in this Chic Fila.

Early morning breakfast, daughter’s eleventh birthday or late night snack. Also anything in between. We love this location! Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Nice playground. Lots of parking. Double drive thru lines.

I pay for 2 parfait one cash one on my card when i go too pick up my parfait another white lady tell me it’s doesn’t see my order and the lady who takes my order already left and she look me on my eyes tell she pay for my parfait. Now my daughter don’t even want too eating cause the lady act really weird and disrespectful.

2 years ago – Grilled nuggets are the best ! Long drive thru line as always but they move with speed and efficiency ❤ Best operating drive thru of A N Y place, hands down !!! Will definitely be returning tomorrow for some more grilled nuggets ❤

Best Mac & Cheese at this location. Wayyyyyy better than the Eastside ! ( disappointed last 2 times I went there ! ) This is a great location thats always clean & tidy! Always a pleasure to go to this location.

Visited today with my independent 5yr old…we went thru the far left lane….the young lady was extremely patient and polite with her when she placed her own order(light brown with glasses)…the young lady bringing the orders to the car ( pink and blue ring) put the icing on the cake….she was superrrrrr nice…and conversed well with her…as we pulled off she was still smiling…..we hope to see the same staff next Friday…yall are awesome
