I haven’t been to a single Chick-fil-A where they don’t burn the cookies. Solid as a rock. Then they put it up under something actually hot and fresh to melt the chocolate chips.

Ordered online and pulled in behind a dedicated lane for app users. Would had been nice and I got there when they were changing from breakfast to lunch. Had only one little Toyota sitting in the lane when I pulled up. Waited about 15 minutes and an employee got out of the car. All nonchalant and really taking his time. Of course it still took another 5 minutes or so to get my food. They do good on reg orders but man don’t try and say no tomatoes or something. All of them have gotten that wrong. Might just be my luck.

Delicious as always, however I feel like the customer service is beginning to be like all the other fast food places. I rarely hear “my pleasure” and I used to get food brought to me and they would always say my name for me to confirm. Now they come to me with my order and ask for my name and when I say thank you…… No “my pleasure”! Get it together Chick-Fil-A, don’t turn into your competitors, keep standing out and fix that customer service!

The customer service at this location during the daytime is magnificent. However, I would not recommend coming to this location in the evening time because the customer service goes extremely downhill. There is zero leadership to ensure that the Staff is attending to the customers needs. There’s a lot of playing that takes place amongst the team memberswith no organization at all.

Now. I just relocated from Denver Colorado to work in the SC State house. Today is October 11 time is 10am. & We the people will not stand for racism in any establishment. I have filed my report to corporate office and the name was given. This is 2025. Those who treat others indifferently and discriminate because of the color of their skin need to wake up this will not be tolerated. I work for the State and have a voice.

This is hands down the best Chick-fil-A in Columbia and potentially the state. I live much closer to another Chick-fil-A but go out of my way for this one because I know I will get through the drive thru in a timely manner and receive quality, warm food.
