I came to this Chick-fil-A a few days after it opened, and it was fine. I like how they didn’t completely modernize the concept like other fast food restaurants have done, and kept a modicum of the restaurant’s original personality. I also liked how they included a jungle gym for kids to play in, which gave me a nice shot of nostalgia for my younger years (it always makes me sad to see fast food restaurants without a play space for the kids, as that’s where some of my greatest childhood memories took place.) I also loved the beautiful Christmas tree that was standing in the lobby – it was decorated, placed, and set up perfectly to look as elegant as possible in a fast food restaurant.
As for my dining experience, I’d say it was subpar for Chick-fil-A’s usual standards. My chicken nuggets were pretty soggy, and the condiment section wasn’t organized particularly well. I will say that the girl who took my order was very friendly, and they got me through a long line pretty quickly.
Overall, it was a solid Chick-fil-A, but there’s a few details that need to be ironed out. I’ll probably be back to try it again however.

I came late on Sat night order a Cobb salad with blu cheese…when I finally looked at it. Why in the hell did it have fruit and no egg or anything else that goes on the Cobb. It was a disgusting mess.

Honestly the worst Chick-fil-A customer service I’ve experienced. When mobile thru code scanning failed, employees were completely unhelpful. We told an employee what happened, gave our name, and followed their instructions to pull forward and wait on our order. We waited upwards of thirty minutes, and when we went inside to check on our order we were told “tough luck, no more breakfast” even though we had arrived and notified staff well before 10:30am. We never received our food and left empty handed.

Such a nice, new location! While dining real quick on my lunch break I actually got to talk to the operator for a moment – I recognized her from the photo on the wall and I just love that she was working hard on the floor with her staff. I love that it is a woman owned & operated location! Being in customer service myself I was impressed with the all around kindness of the staff and organization of the establishment. My new favorite Chick-fil-A in the area – great job!! 🙂

Not sure why you needed a bigger place if the service was going to get worse. Ordered a number 1 with a 4 count strip and no sandwich placed in the bag. Temperature of food was totally off. This is the second time I’ve gone to a Chick fil A and received poor service. The guy that took my order couldn’t put in the right vehicle type. WOW!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was picking up a friends order and they kept insisting the order wasn’t there but I have a screen shot of it. They would not make her food they said we had to cancel the order and reorder it but it already took the money out of the client. I was in there for 20 and the manager kept taking other people’s orders and getting then there food after he already said he would help me. I had to keep getting him and i was standing at the front. Awful experience. My friend gave up and canceled her order even though they charged her already.

Yall should utilize the parking available and move ppl to park and wait instead of making ppl wait who already have their food. That’s not smart with ALL the parking available at this new location… ball dropped there. And i get yall moved locations but … the system is the same. Not sure why the hold time is significantly longer than usual for standard chic fil a but theres no point in doing a mobile order if I’m still going to wait at the drive thru

I ordered and a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin. It was too hard to bite into. I had to remove the muffin to only eat the other ingredients. Mobile orders are pointless. There is a wait regardless as your food isn’t started on until you actually get there. For the wait, you’d think it would be fresh, but nope. Do better.

I came in for lunch today around 11:40 and there was a young gentleman I think the name was Sawhil I know it started with a S. I saw him through the window and he was doing a fantastic job by making the drinks. I saw him help bag food and passed it out to me it looked like he was everywhere. He was also very kind. He had a training under his name tag but definitely needs to be raised or something good. Don’t see a hard working gentleman all the time.
