Nobody does it like Chick-fil-A does. I swung by here for breakfast on my way to work and had no wait, food was hot, ready, and delicious. The staff, as always, was incredibly friendly. I wish more places follow the model that Chick-fil-A uses. It would be especially nice to be able to have a great fast food experience on a Sunday.

I was given the wrong cheese on my sandwich, kindly asked for them to replace it, and they gave me a new sandwich that had everything falling out the side. This is still better than most other fast food places but definitely one of the lesser chickfilas around here. Chick fila in Ballentine seems like it will remain superior for the foreseeable future. Cfa Ballentine is goated I will go there forever

I usually enjoy going to this chick fil a but this time was different. We placed a mobile order through the drive thru and when we pulled through we were only handed our nuggets when we had ordered 3 nugget meals. Once we asked for the rest of our order we were showed nothing but a lack of care and the vibe of inconvenience by us asking for the rest of our order. The one girl at the window had a total attitude and just kept rolling her eyes every time someone would come back and have to bring us another piece of our order. Very poor service and will not be going back to this chick fil a.

This is somehow the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve been to, which I didn’t even know was possible. At other locations, the customer service is usually excellent, but this one was not.

They gave me only half of my order, so I asked for the rest. I was told it was coming soon and asked to pull up. After I pulled up, the same employee who told me to move asked if he could help me. I explained I was waiting on my order, and he walked away.

A few minutes later, he came back and asked again, and again I told him I was still waiting for my order. Eventually, a manager came out and asked if they could help, and I had to explain again that I was waiting on the rest of my order.

If you’re going to ask customers to pull up, someone should actually keep track of them. I did finally get my order, but the customer service was disappointing.

I will not return to this location. I was there on Monday, February 23, around 1000 am. I ordered a Chicken Burrito and ice tea. They gave me my tea right away. But I waited and waited and waited for the burrito. Finally, a white girl pulled a burrito out of the window and put it on a tray in front of her and then proceeded to fold the top of bags and place some kind of sticker on the top.of them, all the while that my burrito was sitting there. Finally, she brought some bags to the side counter and I asked her, Is that my burrito. And she said Yes and went to retrieve it and gave it to me. Needless to say, it was cold as a grave. I will NEVER return to this Chic Fil a.

Food was good even though our order was wrong. My friend and I went around 6:30/6:40pm. Also the lady that took our order was very rude and on her phone and acted like she could careless which is okay but you don’t have to be rude if you CHOSE to work in customer service. Also the lady handing us the food was very rude when we were trying to tell her our food was wrong instead of listening she turned away from us but this very nice guy listened to us and helped with our order. Sad i didn’t get his name because he was very kind. Hopefully next time the service will be better.

I don’t know how this chick fil a has so many good reviews the food is fine, but the last 4 visits in a ROW there has at least been one thing wrong with my order. Often times 2. Fried nuggets when i asked for grilled, missing food entirely (and it’s never just one item, always multiple) wrong drink, or someone else’s food. The only time my order is correct is if i only get dessert. ‍♀️ if you can, go to a different location, or at least make sure you check your bag.

Went though the drive though like always quick, friendly staff, hot fresh food. Only down side id say is the drive though is really narrow more than others I’ve been to the first turn is very tight and driving a full sized pickup was a challenge knocked over a cone or two. But overall great experience.

We visited this chick fil a on our way out of town. We stopped to go inside thinking there was a playground I side but there wasnt. From the outside it looks like there is a play place but it’s just a “staff only” area. So my kiddo was a bit disappointed but it’s okay. The food was alright. Fries had no salt at all but the chicken was great as usual. Dining room service was excellent. Wlecoming to every customer who walked in. The bathroom situation was confusing however. It had a number lock on it? Weird.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Chick-fil-A. I placed a mobile order at 9:45 AM and arrived on time, expecting things to run smoothly. Instead, I sat in the drive-thru with no communication from any associate. I waited patiently because it looked busy, but after 40 minutes, I finally asked someone about my order at 10:25 AM.
At that point, I was told they couldn’t help me because my order was for breakfast and they were no longer serving breakfast — even though my order was placed well before cutoff. I was then told I could get back in line and order from the lunch menu and wait all over again.
This was incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of my time. Mobile ordering is supposed to make things easier, not harder. Very disappointing service.
