THIS LOCATION DOES NOT EXIST!!!! I’ve used more recent pictures, I’ve tried every method I know – This place is boarded up, no signage anywhere. FULLY GONE. NOT coming back into the mall. I have tried to edit this location NUMEROUS TIMES through Google; they refuse to listen. There’s only 1 location in N. Sumter, and is near here but NOT INSIDE THE MALL.

I work at the call center in the mall and usually stayed away from the Chic-fil-a due to how busy it gets, but this past Saturday I decided to go ahead and get a spicy deluxe with a frosted coffee and was very pleased by the friendliness of the staff, particularly Paul, who processed my order and made me feel like a very valued customer

Chick fil A is always good and I enjoy their food but this particular restaurant also has a wonderful manager who makes the place feel just a little nicer than other Chick fil As. She is warm and inviting and when you have the occasion to need her assistance she makes you feel like you’re at a nice family restaurant rather than just another fast food joint. Kudos to the entire staff for always being so upbeat, inviting, and good at their jobs every single time I go there.

What can I say.. this is just an amazing place. The customer service ,for a fast food place, is second to none. No matter how long the lines are you are in and out in no time. It is clear that management invest heavily in training. The food is good also and price isn’t bad ..

My son and I visited the one in the mall, all of the employees were friendly and had great customer service! Our food was correct and we received our food fast. Very pleased with this location!

Extremely accommodating. I mande a mistake and order the wrong bottle of sauce and they switch it for me no issues… they didn’t have to. Chick-fil-A is simply good like that. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. The leadership at this Chik-fil-a is horrible. After the second bad experience, I am done. It should not be that difficult to get a number 1 meal. It’s a plain chicken sandwich.

The chicken portions are now a lot smaller but if you have noticed the prices continue to rise. I understand everything is going up but at least keep the same portion if you’re going to charge extra. .
