I have always loved Chick-fil-A, but walking into this one on Merriman Avenue I was immediately greeted with a warm reception. Ariana is a knowledgeable employee and to be commanded and the manager there I believe his name was Chris. I could be wrong with glasses, but Ariana knows who he is and it was a good experience From beginning to end.

I called with a large order for later in the day. I was unsure if the best way to go about placing it. Luckily, Ellie was the one who answered the phone. She quickly helped me with the best option. She took all of my orders (with individual names) and said they’d have it ready by 11:15 as requested. We got to the restaurant and Ellie and Gabe, along with other staff were busy making sure everything was labeled, organized and packed ready to go! The wedding parties were so excited to see a truckload of Chick-fil-A meals when we pulled up!! we love our hometown Chick-fil-A, but we’re so pleased to find a Chick-fil-A that was so able and willing to help us on this special day!! Way to go Ellie-it was our pleasure!!!

Changing the Fries recipe is the worst thing that they’ve done. Next to not using good chicken anymore. The fries were the best thing about this fast food place and now they’re super disappointing. Apparently it’s because it makes the fries cook faster and it’s just so not good anymore.

We ordered a large breakfast order for carry out and unfortunately we discovered an item was missing after we returned home. Chick-fil-A is usually very consistent, so we’re not that upset by it. That being said, if we’re paying $45+ for fast food breakfast for four people, I would expect the order to be correct.
In terms of the food, everything tasted great! I highly recommend the Chick-fil-A biscuit or the spicy chicken biscuit. Both are really good. The restaurant interior also seemed very clean.
3/15/23 UPDATE: I submitted a missing item form via the Chick-fil-A app and the Chick-fil-A CARES team provided a free replacement menu item on my next breakfast purchase along with a free dessert. As always, Chick-fil-A goes the extra mile to make customers happy.

I was stranded in Asheville NC because my car was stolen and u could not find any place to charge my phone but Chick-fil-A fed me and let me charge my phone and didn’t tell me to leave like every place did before then did. I was so relieved and grateful and it still took 2 more days to get back to Knoxville tn and my car is still missing and now trying to file a police report isn’t happening. So yesterday I bought a bicycle until another door opens for me.

Chicken is a shame! They have started making the breakfast chicken extremely thin. The lunch sandwiches seem to be thinner too. Thick chicken filets is what made your sandwiches and buiscuts so good! You went cheap?
