Didn’t really want to give a bad review but you eventually just get tired of issues. I go to this location probably once or twice a month. Issues I’ve experienced, asking for sauce getting home and having none, asking for light ice in your drink and never getting it, asking for a large fry and the container not being full. Today was the reason I’m writing this review. Bought and paid for 2 cookies says so on recipe. Got home to eat and only 1 cookie in bag…… Not the end of the world just extremely frustrating when you live about 20 min away. Moral of this review is always check your bad before driving off at this location.

Sat in the drive thru for a little while for my order to get back to work with the wrong order after spending 17.00 when I called they asked to bring it back but couldn’t cause I was back at work. Then stated they would replace through the app and when I spoke with a manager he said I have to wait for someone to load it onto the app ♀️I didn’t wait to spend my money there and get the wrong order I shouldn’t have to wait to get my order replace

Not the best, but not the worst. Staff could use some more customer service training, manager/owner could train/help the staff be a little bit more organized. Staff seemed to not like anyone they were working with and kept blaming each other, and getting overwhelmed very easily. Overall, the restaurant had a strange vibe that was hard to explain… just seemed like a lot of tension between staff members. On the day that I visited they kept getting orders wrong, one right after another. They brought us our food but no drinks, kept waiting as they worked on other people’s orders. Seems like they are not good at multitasking and should focus on one persons FULL order at a time. Overall, I’ll be back in if I’m in the area. But this place needs some help, it doesn’t live up to the ChickFilA standard unfortunately.

Standard Chick-fil-A atmosphere (which isn’t a bad one). Overall though, the employees are some of the best from any Chick-fil-A I’ve been to, and the drive-thru line is actually well thought out so that there is room to leave easily if you dined inside. That’s a huge plus for me personally.
