I normally have a great experience here but the young African American girl handing out food in the drive through gave me the wrong order. She did the same thing to the car next to me but he noticed before he left. I didn’t notice until I left. Plus she was rude and barely spoke. Ugh.. I will still probably come again since my other experiences have been great. This is still a pretty good chic fil a but that girl needs to do better

I want to start by saying the team members here were wonderful. The service felt kind and genuine, and the food itself was solid quality. Everything arrived fresh and well prepared, and you can tell the local staff truly care about the customers who come through the door.
I recently learned they offer a gluten free bun option, although it does cost an additional dollar seventy. It arrives in its own sealed bag to help avoid cross contamination, which I genuinely appreciate. The bun itself is on the crumbly side and nothing particularly memorable, but the flavor and texture are decent enough if you need a gluten free choice.
That being said, I do think the portion sizes tend to be on the smaller side for the price point. I enjoyed what I ordered, and I did not leave hungry, but it still felt slightly overinflated cost wise for what I actually received. It is a place I enjoy once in a while, but not a place I can justify visiting frequently based on value alone.
My hesitation in returning more often has less to do with the workers or the food, and more to do with the corporate side of things. I am aware of some of the ways the company chooses to allocate money they receive and the ways they have treated or marginalized people whose lifestyles they disagree with. That makes it difficult for me to feel entirely comfortable supporting the brand financially, even though my experience at this individual location was honestly very pleasant.
So, four stars for the local staff and the quality of the meal, and one lingering star held in reserve due to the corporate values that do not line up with my own.

I have been to chic-filet all over the country and this is the slowest ever. I waited 20 mins for one breakfast bowl to find out it had been canceled. I rarely write bad reviews, but I have tried to use my mobile app here to order ahead and I always end up waiting in line extra for my order, rather than more efficiency for ordering ahead. Its very disappointing for a place with so many options for efficiency and service, it has been a continuous disappointment. I would also like to add, that I never have a large order, its usually 1 or 2 items. Not asking for a whole lot just quick and efficient good food.

The food is always hot and delicious! The staff is always friendly and efficient. I usually get the grilled nuggets with a large waffle fries, no sauce because chicken this good doesn’t need sauce.

I’m not normally a fan of chicken sandwiches, but the spicy chicken fillet deluxe sandwich was outstanding. I used the drive-thru and really liked the way this one worked.

Ever since the new building got built they got a whole new crew and they consistently forgot stuff in the order they have really gone down hill in the last couple months ive been here like 5 times and every time food is missing from the order so if you go here check your order because more than likely they forgot something…. I miss the old crew never had to wonder is everything here I ordered.

Only got two nuggets in my breakfast burrito. Tried to call twice with no answer. This location is the only Chick-fil-A I’ve been to that consistently has lower standards than what other locations work hard to provide.
