Decent, I’ve been to all of the Chick-fil-A locations in Wilmington and although it’s not the worst, is far from the best. Comparing the ratings of all the location, I had high expectations for their fast, respectful, and quality service. During my visit, the staff I encountered seemed rushed, and annoyed. Mind you I had prepaid for my mobile order, so I didn’t expect for my three second interaction to be negative. Regardless of the service and atmosphere, the food here is standard, although it still tops its competitors. I was surprised they forgot the sauces, napkins, and spoons which has never happened in any of my experiences going through their drive thru. Maybe it was a rough day, it happens. Although what I’m sure of is this place doesn’t live up to its rating. Try a nearby Chick-fil-A for better service, quality, and experience.

If I could give this location more stars I definitely would!! My husband and I came in to eat at 8pm and didn’t realize the dining room had closed. After we ordered and realized the dining room was closed, we immediately tried to leave and apologize. Rogina and Danielle were having none of that and asked us to stay and enjoy our meal. The team had our food out so quickly and the fries were so hot. Even after us coming in after they closed the dining room, the service was top notch. Such a great team!! I’m not sure who else was working but I really appreciate how kind everyone was. Rogina, Danielle, and the team working tonight thank you so much!! The world needs more kindness like you showed us tonight.

I have a big family but they were ready to serve. Excellent customer service to the lady who was our cashier this day. I made the comment that she reminded me of Candace Owens. She was very kind and professional and handled our big order with such a beautiful smile and attitude. The salad was really good. This was my first time getting a salad from chick fil a.

Customer service is top notch!! The drive through process is always super speedy and efficient, and the food is consistently great quality. I visited on Thursday, February 12th around 11 am, and both the cashier (Angel) and young man handing the food out (not sure of name) were incredibly friendly kind, and upbea, and offered service with a genuine smile. I wanted to give the young man a shout out, he was literally giving out fist bumps, and his friendly interaction made my day. Also, the side salad was a great portion size, and the dressings (mixed ranch and italian) were delicious. I’ve been a consistent chickfila fan for while, but today’s visit deserved a 5 star review for sure!

By far the worst chik fil a I have ever been to. We ordered 4 chicken biscuits three large hash browns and 10count chicken minis and a berry parfait which we didn’t even get. We placed a big order only to receive 4 packs of sauce all ketchup by the way when I added multiple different packs on my order.

Upon arrival today me and my wife waited a minimum around 5 minutes standing at the register to have our order taken. Granted the girl working helped us with redeeming points. The sole point of this 2 star was the service for a refill. Had multiple people walk by while standing with lids off at the counter. A few time they even made eye contact with us and not a single “we will be with you in a minute” or any sort of acknowledgment. At that point I just assumed to go to the gas station to buy a drink. Maybe next time I should go through the drive thru for a refill that way I’m not overlooked.

Every Fast Food establishment needs to govern their customer service after Chick-fil-A. Food, Service and Customer service is always on point…. ALL of them that I have been to, but especially the young African American young man with the glasses. He needs a raise, he calls yiu buy your name, hands you your food, and says have a good day. That goes a long way. Thank you!

This Chick-fil-A has been going downhill lately and it’s been very noticable for the past month. Wait times in the drive through are ridiculous even when placing orders through their app before arrival.
They did not have the Mac and cheese I wanted. Was initially told it would be a 3 min wait then when I got around to get the food, was told it would be 20 mins.
I asked for bbq sauce, I did not get it. I got a milk shake with no straw. The employee forgot to give me my milkshake and almost had me drive off if I didn’t say something.
The resteraunt was a mess, rather disgusting actually. Their was trash all over the floor. Table full of old drinks.
It is obvious that they are under staffed And/or being mismanaged. This place used to be great for years but now, I am uncertain if I want to continue going to this establishment and may begin to encourage others not to as well.

I just wanted to come here and say that Jeremiah is such a wonderful human being. He made our drive thru experience a 12/10, was so charismatic, and even freestyled a little bit for us. Keep on smiling Jeremiah, you made our day.

Awful experiences at this Chick-fil-A. It is the busiest but there is a young blonde worker who has been yelling extremely rudely. I have grace for people who work in customer service but there was no excuse for her behavior. I understand being busy but awful customer service from that young lady. This does not apply to all the workers. I expected better from a Chick-fil-A. Also, I’ve never left a bad review anywhere until now.
