I want to start by saying the Chick-fil-A on Skibo Road in Fayetteville is usually top-tier. I visit often and normally receive excellent service, which is why I wanted to share this feedback.
Last night (Friday after 9 p.m.), I ordered two 8-count nugget meals with two Mello Yellows and also requested a complimentary water. At the window, I received one Mello Yellow and a water. When I politely asked about the second drink, I was told it had been rung differently and that I would need to pay $2+ for it.
I understand mistakes can happen when orders are entered quickly. My concern wasn’t the cost of the drink, but the extended back-and-forth at the window while the drive-thru line grew longer. In situations like this, a quick “make it right” decision would have kept things moving and maintained the positive experience this location is known for.
I ultimately paid for the drink just to keep the line moving, but left feeling disappointed. I’m sharing this in hopes the team can be reminded about service recovery and resolving small order issues quickly when there’s confusion.
I appreciate the hard work your team does and hope this feedback is helpful. This has been my go-to location, and I look forward to continuing to visit but I won’t be for a while.

I came last night to the ski I rd location because I knew for a fact chick fil a doesn’t serve cold food. Boy, was i sadly mistaken. When I went thru the drive thru, I told the cashier my order, which I didn’t have a problem with. It was when I got to the front. First off, I had to wait due to the car ahead of me. When he said my name, it was wrong, but written correctly on the ticket. Then, when he gave me my food, it was like my bag was being pushed to me. Like he gave me the bag, but guides the bag to go in my car. Like any other normal hungry person, I reached n the bag to get a hot waffle fry. I knew something wasn’t right when I couldn’t smell the fries as he guided/ shoved the bag to me. Once I stopped at a red light and realized my fries were cold. Not lukewarm, not even some hot, some warm. My entire large order of fries were cold and old. No crispyness or crunch when I bit into it. It felt like I was eating a fruit roll up and had to pull the fry apart with my teeth. So, after realizing that all of my fries were stark cold, I had a lot of hope n the chicken sandwich. Shouldn’t have put so much hope in it. The chicken sandwich could literally be separated without me burning my hands. Cheese wasn’t melted, lettuce was the biggest thing on the sandwich, and the actual chicken breast tasted like it was microwaved. I go to Chick Fil A because I know they are good for serving hot food. However, for some reason, my food was hot, which is concerning to me. I showed up last night before 9:30p, there should’ve been hot fries, at least. If the fryers cut off by 9, there should be some sort of awareness to the customers. This is the first time I’ve experienced this at this particular chick fil a. I thought maybe a review would help the store and maybe district manger know what’s goin on after 8pm and how customers are being treated. I don’t normally take back cold food due to how I’ve seen employees treat customers that return food, and I don’t normally write reviews, but the food was so cold, and so unlike the standards I’m used to at chick fil a. Hopefully, if I decide to come back again, maybe you guys would have a better staff that will take the initiative to make hot food, even if it does take a few extra minutes. Thank u!!!

Normally CFA has great service but every time these girls are here they are more concerned about each other, I’ve been coming here for a whole bit today there are cars lined up out the drive thru and they are sitting there just talking, I took the first picture and when she saw the camera she came to my car, then her and her friend stood at the car behind me just chatting it up while the other girl out here is taking all the orders and I’ve counted 14 cars in the drive thru. This is the only CFA with such slow service in this area.

The workers are super nice! The restaurant is spotless and comfortable. Our food arrived at our table quickly. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious!

I love chic fil a. I usually go to the one on Ramsey because it’s the best Chick-fil-A in Fayetteville however sky boat is closer to my house when I do come here typically the ice is always dirty I’m always finding specs of dirt plastic hair whatever floating in my ice can you guys please clean your ice bins and keep them cleaned. That’s all I want. Heres a photo of a blonde/brown hair/eyelash I found in my cup, Thanks skibo!

If you want to visit THE WORST Chick-fi-la this is it. SLOWEST service I’ve ever witnessed. This is normal occurrence here. You sit in line, curbside even inside and wait 30 mins only to be missing items, sauces, etc. Have never seen the owner working to insure business is moving along properly. There’s no reason it should take 30 mins to go through a drive-thru line or wait 25 mins for a curbside pick-up only to have to go inside to pick-up because it was never brought out. That’s the wonderful service here at the Skibo Chick-fi-la. Save time and money and just don’t come here.

I think Chick-fil-A is an okay restaurant. I received a birthday gift card for Chick-fil-A over a year ago and recently decided to use it. I ordered the Classic Chick-fil-A sandwich meal (chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and drink) for myself along with a Deluxe meal for my hubby. The services provided were excellent, but what ruined my experience was the house flies constantly landing on the drink machines and flying around. It reminded me of Subways Restaurant. Also, the waffle fries were tasty, delicious and nothing short of amazing, but the moisture from inside the thermal bag that my chicken sandwich was placed in caused for the bottom of my chicken to become soggy. As far as my hubby’s meal, he says the waffle fries were good, but his chicken sandwich tasted like rubber. I don’t often come here and I scaled back on eating fast food alot so this was a little disappointing, but my hubby is willing to give it another try sometime in the near future.

Wow! 1st ever chikfila that food and service was bad. Ordered breakfast through the app. I ordered burrito with chicken and eggs, the wrapper was so dry and crunchy it was difficult eating it was falling apart. No sauce or napkins in the bag. Only thing good thing was the chicken biscuit was free through my rewards. Service was very slow, especially if I was only car in the drive thru.

I frequent this chick FIL an often and the last few months I have been coming across the same team member, Eddie. Truthfully, every worker I come across here is so kind but he has always stood out and has a smile on his face and radiates such joy!
It’s really nice to continually go shopping or out to eat, see the same smiling face, and have a fantastic experience.
And on top of that, The food is always hot, they have NEVER gotten my order wrong and it’s always clean and quick!
