best food ive had in my life i eat here every single day even multiple times a day ima die hard fan for there macaroni and there french fires, chicken sandwich, ugh everything is just so delicious and delectable my go to meal is spicy chicken sandwich with a medium fry and a small/ medium macaroni and condiments i get ketchup ranch and hot sauce and get a root beer or a sprite its delicious i love chick fil a so much ive been eating this every single day like no joke i haven’t ate anything else these few weeks i love u guys so much chick fil a desveers the world

The service is great but the food is usually stale-tasting to me. I go to Chick-fil-A all the time but this is the only location that has given me food poisoning from a sandwich. I avoid this location and would recommend going to the Skibo one.

My son and I came here for the first time. Even though we’re new in exploring Fayetville, Chick-fil-a is like our second family kitchen. It’s our family’s go-to fastfood. But this branch’s sanitation ratng is Cleanest at 100. The staff are nice and welcoming. The ambiance is family friendly. We highly recommend this Chick-fil-a. 5-star for us!

Always a great place to get a quick meal and be treated nicely by their employees. The food is always hot, I love their waffle fries…not too salty nor greasy. And the employees…I just enjoy hearing, “My pleasure” ….so pleasing and kind!!! The employees are always patient and considerate…they make sure that you get treated well. I love how one young man who works here helped walked an elderly patron to their car…now if that’s a good deed he wasn’t trained to do, then by golly Chick-fil-A sure have good people working for them. Did I mentioned my food was great too? Definitely a place to keep going back to. Other fast food franchises should take note…just saying. Perfect food…Perfect Customer Service.

Had this restaurant twice. Once through drive thru and once through CFA delivery. Both times the food has been unpleasant and dingy compared to other CFA locations. The service here is good though and my delivery person was very patient with a kind voice.

Went up to the counter and the lady taking orders just looked at me and gave a quick greeting before going back to her task. After a moment I tried to start ordering and she told me to give her a minute. After getting my order she started coughing repeatedly, barely covering her mouth and coughing into her hand multiple times. Was appalled at the lack of cleanliness and hygiene of the workers. Left without eating anything. Will not be returning

Excellent place to eat …. We came in and the store was clean everyone very courteous and Ms. carol done an amazing job keeping the dinning area clean and all the tables wiped and she was very helpful assisting customers getting additional items and condiments. People like Ms. Carol make this establishment worth the hr and half drive I made to eat here!!! Thank You Carol for your amazing customer service and willingness to help.
Side note some members of management were sitting beside us as if doing some training and the blond manager was a little rude to a young lady asking about an application she had put in….. Maybe her customer service needs a little polishing
