I get it. Times are hard. But why lower yourself to using substandard ingredients to save your owners bottom line? Better yet, why do consumers continue to ignore it? ESPECIALLY when the prices are through the roof. How does the price go up and the quality go down? Make it make sense.
Nevermind the fact that this location is consistently making people “pull forward” and wait for their food, regardless of order size. I guess it must be shocking that people may order food…at a restaurant…a fast food restaurant. Didn’t mean to catch them off guard.
Nevermind that this location seems to leave parts of door dash orders out on a consistent basis. At least door dash will refund it most of the time.
Something’s got to give. Until consumers start to vote with their wallets, and quit giving these places a pass for bad food and bad service, it’s only going to get worse.
When Kim brought the food to my table, I informed her that the order was supposed to be dine-in. She asked if I wanted a tray, which was confusing because the receipt clearly stated “dine in.” Upon reviewing my order, I also noticed that Nicole did not enter it correctly and overcharged me for items I never ordered.
I went back to the counter to address the issue with Nicole. Instead of correcting the mistake professionally, she told me she “thought” I said I wanted the extra item. She then stated that they could not take the food back and said I could “just have it,” without offering or even mentioning a refund for the incorrect charge. She immediately moved on to taking another customer’s order and did not attempt to resolve the situation.
At no point did Nicole take responsibility or attempt to fix the error. I had to get the manager’s attention myself to finally address the refund issue. Overall, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and rude behavior made this a very frustrating experience. The customer service at this location is unacceptable.
