Since when has CFA gone so down hill? Came here for chicken minis one morning through the drive thru took them to work and bit in one and it tasted squishy and chewy and looked pink. Took it back to the restaurant and showed the MOD and was told it was a tendon that wasn’t supposed to be in the nugget but it wasn’t raw and I would be fine. Gave them another chance today went through the drive thru for chicken minis got them to work and there is a dark HAIR wrapped around the nugget inside of the mini. I know it’s not my hair because my hair isn’t dark- also I was wearing my hair back. I could see it being my hair if it was laying on top of the bun of the mini but being wrapped inside the mini I feel like had to have happened when they were being assembled. I took it back up there and showed the MOD who gave me a replacement box but at that point my appetite was gone. CFA was always supposed to be higher quality in my mind than other fast food restaurants but I have NEVER had hair in my food from McDonald’s or Wendy’s is all I’m going to say. This location seems to be the only location I’ve had issues with just disappointing for CFA.

I visited this Chick-fil-A earlier with my sister, and we had such a great experience! Yamile was incredibly sweet and attentive when she helped us. A big thank you to Kim as well, who checked in on us and offered drink refills. Honestly, every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful. I really love this location and will definitely be back!

ChikFilA used to be a decent restaurant. Not 5 star dining, but one of the better fast food places, for sure. For several years now, they have been in a constant decline. The quality of their most basic, flagship chicken sandwich has hit bottom. What used to be a nice, all white meat, tasty chicken filet has degenerated into a mass of gray, membrane covered, unidentifiable nastiness.

I get it. Times are hard. But why lower yourself to using substandard ingredients to save your owners bottom line? Better yet, why do consumers continue to ignore it? ESPECIALLY when the prices are through the roof. How does the price go up and the quality go down? Make it make sense.

Nevermind the fact that this location is consistently making people “pull forward” and wait for their food, regardless of order size. I guess it must be shocking that people may order food…at a restaurant…a fast food restaurant. Didn’t mean to catch them off guard.

Nevermind that this location seems to leave parts of door dash orders out on a consistent basis. At least door dash will refund it most of the time.

Something’s got to give. Until consumers start to vote with their wallets, and quit giving these places a pass for bad food and bad service, it’s only going to get worse.

I visited this location on 1/6/26 and had a very disappointing experience due to poor customer service. Nicole took my order, and from the beginning she was rude and dismissive. She asked whether my order was dine-in or to-go, and I clearly stated dine-in. Despite this, my food was prepared and brought out in a bag as if it were a takeout order.
When Kim brought the food to my table, I informed her that the order was supposed to be dine-in. She asked if I wanted a tray, which was confusing because the receipt clearly stated “dine in.” Upon reviewing my order, I also noticed that Nicole did not enter it correctly and overcharged me for items I never ordered.
I went back to the counter to address the issue with Nicole. Instead of correcting the mistake professionally, she told me she “thought” I said I wanted the extra item. She then stated that they could not take the food back and said I could “just have it,” without offering or even mentioning a refund for the incorrect charge. She immediately moved on to taking another customer’s order and did not attempt to resolve the situation.
At no point did Nicole take responsibility or attempt to fix the error. I had to get the manager’s attention myself to finally address the refund issue. Overall, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and rude behavior made this a very frustrating experience. The customer service at this location is unacceptable.

I was impressed in this location in its cleanliness and customer service. Manager took my order and walk me through all the flavor of sauces since I never been to Chick-fill. The set up for drive through was amazing. Clean parking lot and inside clean. Good was amazing as the service. Manager was a female with a big smile and an attitude that brighten my day. This was on December 2nd 2024 12:00 noon when it was busy. So great job by staff and the cooks in the back considering how fast I got my food when it was busy for lunch time. Going to be back and highly recommend. The area near by is really small town feel but upscale also so great location.

I don’t normally leave reviews for anything but my experience deserves 5 stars. Went in there a couple mornings ago for some breakfast before work. It was my first time coming to this Chick-Fil-A and it definitely won’t be my last! Savannah took my order at the register, and she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Awesome attitude too. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Keep up the great work guys.

I literally 2 mins away from this location and drive to the Albermarle Rd one every time. PLEASE fix your sweet tea it is TERRIBLE!!! I have tried it so many times now I have given up and go to another chick fil a. If you could fix your tea, everything would be great. The brew is way too weak! Other than the tea, everything else is good. Service is always friendly and it always seems clean inside. Thank you!
