Ordered a cool wrap from here today and it had rotting lettuce on it. I noticed it had an odor when I opened it, but I thought maybe it was the cold chicken. I took a few bites and realized it was not the chicken. Opened up the wrap to notice brown slimy lettuce. This is extremely dangerous… guess we will find out if I have food poisoning soon. I did also get a kale crunch side salad and discarded multiple pieces due to it being brown, wilted, and slimy.

Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite places to grab a quick meal. The staff is always friendly, polite, and genuinely seem to care about making sure you have a good experience. Every time I go, the service is fast and the restaurant is spotless.
I have to say, their Deluxe Chicken Sandwich is my go-to — it’s always perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The lettuce and tomato are fresh, and that soft, buttery bun just makes it even better. You can tell they take pride in the food they serve.
It’s rare to find a fast-food place that’s this consistent in both quality and customer service. Chick-fil-A definitely deserves all the praise it ge

Great location! Kids taking the order were attentive and not on their phone. Took order correctly snd the food was on point! Chicken was fresh and crispy. If you havent tried a Double Spicy Chicken Sandwhich yet, what are you doing with your life?

So this is the second time now I’ve ordered nuggets with honey mustard sauce with them and they’ve given me packets of honey roasted barbecue sauce and little squirt containers you can’t dip your nuggets in it like you can with the sausage you’re supposed to get with nuggets. And then come to the fact they Don’t have a separate mobile order line like the rest of the Chick-fil-As this location takes so much longer and I’ve never seen one that screws up orders as much.

This chick-fil-a has great food and customer service. They went above and beyond when my girlfriend forgot her purse in the dining room, but they recovered it and we were able to pick up shortly after. Highly impressive location that the company should be proud of. I will be returning and recommending to others. Their excellence made me love chick-fil-a even more.

Happy that this location was rebuilt. Went to dine in the location for the first time to check it out. I’d recommend drive through only for this location.
Parking and walking in. This location is designed for traffic to run over those coming in to eat. Where you park, you’ll have to back in to the traffic in the drive through and wait. Once you do park, you have to cross through 2 lanes of moving traffic to get into the restaurant. no other safe parking or crossing options.
Staff and waiting. The location was not busy at all so can not speak to how fast service happens. We went at dinner ahead of the main rush for eating out.
Locaiton. This location gets 3 stars. It was not clean and staff was not checking on diners. In most locations, the eating area (tables and floors) are cleaned and addressed by the staff. While folks throw thier own trash away, there are those that leave a mess. Usually the tables are cleaned and floor picked up frequently at the restaurant locations. Not this one. Although mostly empty, most tables were overly dirty (left over food or sauce) and no employees were cleaning. Since this is a new location, it should be spot less.

I dine in sometimes here and also pick up orders for DoorDash delivery. The staff is polite, kind, and always treat you well and with a smile. Orders are on time always, very well presented. The place is clean all the time. I love coming here.

We’ve had it with these crooks!
We get it everything has gone up but don’t screw people on price size an missing items.
We take out about 3-4 times a month from this location and last few months has been the worst experience ever.
It sure seems like management or corporate decision to skim orders, missing fries, half filled fries, missing sandwich , miss wrapped sandwich our 8 yo bit on a spicy chicken sandwich that was wrapped wrong which was supposed to be for an adult.
We were on the road trip, zero napkins zero forks for the salad but they made sure to put about ten extra sauce packs.
On top of it didn’t even get a receipt.

After ordering food thru door dash at the matthews location… someone working there has once again chose to ruin my lunch. I asked for 4 pickles and got 12.
I’ll contact the complaint department because it’s very obvious the manager does not care how the food goes out and that someone is deliberately coming to work to ruin someone’s food.

I ordered a chick fil A meal with 4 pickles. It was picked up and delivered promptly from door dash and the picture of my sandwich is what I received. Food is expensive and not many people in 2024 have money to throw away on food prepared and served badly on purpose. So, to Mr or Ms I don’t give a rats on messing up your meal, not only am I posting this on this link, I’ll put it on your website, I’m sending it to the complaint department as well as corporate and let’s see if your cooperate head quarters thinks you are funny as you think you are. Have the day that you just made me have!
