My last two orders have been disappointing at this location , for almost $30 you would think I could actually get fries verse crumbs. ( please see photos below), the bread is dry on the grilled chicken sandwiches. Please do better, the prices of your food does not reflect what people pay for.

I waited quite some time to leave this review in the hopes things would change. While the service is always great and the staff are so friendly, the food quality, especially the fries, has really taken a turn for the worst. The waffle fries are always so overcooked that I’ve started going to other locations to eat. Based on other reviews, I’m not the only one noticing this. For the last few months, the fry box is barely half full and most of it are just the pieces/crumbs. I beg you please stop cooking the fries into small pieces of bricks! They’re so hard and dry that they are inedible. I recently sent feedback through the app about this issue and received some free fries in my app; however I’d rather the overall fry preparation improve so that would benefit everyone. See my photos for a recent experience. That was an entire box of medium fries. I had to throw them away because they were just terrible. Since CFA is well known for their waffles fries, please stop overcooking them and fill up the box!

Came through drive through tonite and ordered, got halfway home and realized they had forgotten a milkshake. Drove back and sat again only to be told they couldn’t give me a small fry for my inconvenience. Poor customer service!!! Not sure big deal for sn inconvenience you caused if you ask me. Its not like I was asking for a free meal or shake I mean come on. Boooo

I was going to my favorite McDonald’s today, and i was excited to get my usual order a chicken sandwich with large fries and a large sprite. When I got my food, i sat down excited to gaze upon my meal. I open the sandwich and it is perfect. Then, I go to eat my fries and I see a rose toy sitting in the box! This is unforgivable, but i did have fun at my house later.

Chick-Fil-A is one of the last remaining places in the fast food business to not incorporate A.I into their service process, they also are one of the only fast food establishments to hold their employees to a respectful standard. THIS particular Chick-Fil-A… gave me the best experience from a fast food establishment in my 15 years of experience. Michelin star worthy off of service alone.

We tried the app this time. Very easy to pull up and get the order. Even though we ordered through the app, food was still fresh and drinks still had ice (not watered down). And it was still their pleasure to help us out.

I usually love the nuggets here. The last 4 or 5 visits (I’m there weekly) the nuggets have been over done to the point of almost being burnt. They were dry and nasty. I couldn’t even eat them.

I’m an avid Chick-fil-A eater I’ve maintained signature status for 3 years consecutively, so that should tell you how much I love it. However, this specific location seems to always have a problem with forgetting something everytime I visit. Today we went through the drive through and ordered a couple of things. I got myself the spicy meal. They forgot my entire meal ? Completely disappointing! They need to work on making sure they get orders right, this has happened to me at least 4x where they forget nuggets or something like that. I tried to give them grace but it’s getting really annoying.

Awesome place, Awesome Experience! I have 12 yrs experience in Food industry and the Manager, Mr. Wayne has to be the epitome of Customer Service Excellence! The food was hot and delicious and every employee that passed by me greeted me with a smile. Best Chic-fi-la I’ve ever visited hands down!
