I want to emphasize my review is based on the service. We love Chick-fil-A and the food is always amazing and everything flows smoothly, you guys are awesome. However, what my husband and I don’t appreciate is the lack of respect from behind the counter. If you have a line forming at the register, please don’t be on your phone and have your back turned to the customer. I also understand it was shift change, but at the same time, there was a miscommunication with our order and the fact that we had to stand there waiting to be acknowledged is very disappointing. If you’re on the clock, please don’t be on your phone.

I swear Chick-fil-A is the most overrated fast food. This will be the last time I ever eat at another one. Everytime I order chicken from a Chick-fil-A no matter what location it’s always under cooked or worse. How hard is it to fry the chicken all the way? Shoot sometimes the fries aren’t done as well. First job I ever had was the cook in the back as a teen. All you do is dip the chicken in the milk, then the flour and set the timer and drop it in the fryer. It’s not complicated. I don’t know if workers these days just don’t care and taking the chicken out before the time is up or Chick-fil-A has changed the time limits for the food to be in the fryers. But I’m just done with ordering food from here or any Chick-fil-A location again. No one likes biting into chicken not cooked all the way through!

I don’t usually write reviews but i just can’t stop thinking about it. When i came through the drive through the other day this young man landon took my order! And I’ll tell you he was the sweetest kid ever! I ordered a number one and he got it perfectly and i was going to pay cash and i was 3 dollars short and that young man said “you know what i want to bless you today sir” and he paid for my whole meal and told me to have a blessed day! We need more people like you in the world landon!

I’m a loyal Chick-fil-A customer and visit often, but this location consistently gets my coffee order wrong. My regular order is coffee with two French vanilla creamers and two sugars on the side, yet they almost always add syrup directly into the coffee instead of providing the creamers on the side. As a result, the coffee ends up way too sweet and not what I asked for. This has happened multiple times, which is disappointing because I usually expect better consistency from Chick-fil-A. I hope this location can improve their attention to detail.

Sam Beyn was exceptional!!!! I’m new to mobile thru with this location . He jumped right into action to help me figure out what I needed to do but not only that he made sure I was able to receive my food . I had to pull down and he brought it out to me ! He was as so sweet and professional. Thanks Sam!! Keep being the wonderful young man you are .
