I’ve been here several times, and the food is pretty good, but not excellent. The fries are always delicious. I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip and really got 2 1/2. I went inside for my order. The young man who waited on me was outstanding. Unfortunately, they seemed much more concerned about getting their drive-thru customers taken care of first. I had to wait for quite a while to get my food. It definitely would have been faster going through the drive-thru.

We came to the Elizabeth City area on 2/16 and decided to eat at Chick-fil-A. We were there at 3:15. It was not good, the fries were cold, my chicken strips had been overcooked. We also ordered Chicken Tortilla Soup that was so thick it was like mud, not soup. I don’t mind paying for good food….. this was not good. I have informed Corporate as I expected much better from Chick-fil- A. I go to the Edinburg location in Chesapeake and it is much more customer oriented. Order # 107171273030.

I most of the time use the drive thru. Since updated much better but two lanes down to one sometimes people dont let you behind the car you need to be and got orders messed up. They did correct immediately. So not really business fault but a design issue and people issue.

2025 October 31 nice young women took my order in drive thru, gave me my food and children enjoyed the food
9 months prior, Renovations took time but very welcome. Personnel are nice and service is pretty quick in the drive thru. Highly recommend!
2022 October 24, Drive thru and mobile orders only! Dining room and playground are closed
First impression was as follows, Young ladies inside that work dinner hours are really good and professional. 2 days consecutively, the drive thru line was long, lot of cars and not moving very fast. On the 2nd day, we wanted to do drive thru but the line was too long, so ordered via app, went inside, picked up food from mobile online orders counter and it was not many people inside and the young ladies were fast and efficient. We ordered food inside as well and it seem like I got our food faster than others that were waiting in line. One of the young ladies went outside after she took my order and she closed the drive thru line a little after 9pm. A sign on the door said that they are open from 6:30am to 9pm.

Extremely busy inside and out, this unfortunately created slow service with insufficient staffing. The inside play area was packed and overcrowded, so much so that my own kid told her 2 friends “let’s get out of this madhouse.” and came to wait with me for our order which took about 10-15min. The outside parking is not the safest because the drive thru area crosses between, overall mediocre food. I overheard a gentleman that was also waiting saying to his friend “This location is terrible, I’m never coming back again.”
It was my first time visiting this location and I’m inclined to agree with that guy. At least the staff was mostly friendly and polite though, so there’s that.

If they’re going to put pickle on a sandwich, they should show that on the menu. I HATE pickle. When I pay for a sandwich I should get to decide what’s going to be on it. Or at least be advised what comes on it so I can request it be left off. Extremely let down today by this location.

We walked in for dinner (2 salads) on a Saturday night and the place wasn’t really busy around 6:30. We both went in separate bathrooms to wash hands and the womens room was out of paper towels. This was reported. Don’t understand how their employees can do the same without paper..not impressed.

It’s a good restaurant to eat at. But I really don’t understand why they force young kids to stand outside in inclement weather and refuse to use the drive through order taking machines. It makes no sense to me and I think it’s kind of cruel and wrong.

I ordered a plain chicken sandwich and even highlighted NO PICKLES, just to be sure. Unfortunately, it still came with pickles. After waiting a long time in the drive-thru, this was very disappointing.
I’m sorry, but being friendly is not enough if the order isn’t prepared correctly. I hope this can be addressed so it doesn’t happen again and help this location to improve.

First time visit I ordered 8 pc nuggets with fries and drink at drive thru….i drove 57 miles to this place it was closest to my home. I received cold nuggets and fries and only 6 nuggets instead of 8. Sad, I should have checked bag before I drive off but service was rushed and I guess whoever filled the order was too. I just won’t drive so far for dissatisfied service
