Chick fil a was just off the Highway as we passing by. We found it with the blue information sign on the Highway. The bathroom was clean. There were plenty of dining tables to eat. They had a kid playhouse. The Drive thru line was set up perfectly around the parking lot. The food came out hot and quick.

No first responder discount unless in uniform. But the piece of chicken on the #1 sandwich barely fit in the wrapper. First rate food as expected and quality the same. I’ve been here 4 times in my travels. Easy on and off I-95. With plenty of parking most of the time. Our K9 can’t get enough of Chick-fil-A frys after a long drive or training session treat.

Never stopped at a Chick-fil-A before. I was told to try their chick sandwich. First, I had to wait because the only register open had a customer until the second cashier turned around to notice me. I ordered a # 1 chicken biscuit and a #1 chicken sandwich. I only got the chick biscuit and not the sandwich. Went to ask about my sandwich and the manager handed it to me. Opened it up only to find another chicken biscuit. Went back to ask if this was supposed to be the sandwich and they started to order it through the register. I went back to my table and threw everything in the bag and then I threw the bag on the counter and told them to keep it. Then I express myself loudly that this was my first time at Chick-fil-A and my last time. This was absolutely terrible.

This placed was packed on a Friday evening. My soup and san dwich was good as usual. This one lady was working the floor smiling, collecring trays, and doing refills with no tips. I went back for my brownie where I asked if it could be warmed. The blonde head young lady said it came out warm, but it did not.

Worst Chick-fil-a we’ve ever been to. At least six of the trash cans were overflowing, two of them had trash stacked on top and round the bottom. The restroom smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned all day and was visibly dirty. The fries were bad enough that we did not finish them. There were plenty of employees walking around and none paid any attention to any of the above issues. Had to stop at another restaurant to get food because multiple fresh items were unavailable. Not the experience we are used to at Chick-fil-a.

Arrived for dinner on a Friday at 6:30. Although the parking lot was crowded, there was no line at the ordering counter inside. Ordering was quick and food was delivered to our table soon after. Food was good, as expected.

Their chicken sandwich deluxe is always my favorite. The kids love the chicken nuggets. All are deliciously good and prices are very affordable. Staff were friendly and attentive to details. The place is clean.

I will never visit the Wilson Chick-fil-A again.
I drove 313 miles without stopping and chose to stop at this restaurant location, which I have visited several times over the last several years when traveling to and from Baltimore and sc. I ordered online as usual and pulled up, nobody brought my order or spoke to me so I pulled over. Apparently my mobile thru code didn’t scan. The lady then told me the kitchen was closed- I had ordered 15 minutes ago and paid for my order. I also just watched her take a credit card from the car behind me. I was driving alone with children and no other adults and I’m more than dissatisfied. I’ll never eat here again.

I went inside a place an order. My customer service was excellent and my food was ready quickly and it was fresh and delicious as always. I love Chick-fil-A !!! ❤️

Better check that order! After visiting over 100 different Chick-Fil-As across the US this is one of the worst for getting the order right! Sam good food and friendly folks but let down on accuracy
