One of my best experiences at any restaurant. Very friendly staff, quick to take care of issues, and timely service.
James was incredibly helpful and nice to deal with. He could be seen literally running multiple times from inside to outside to assist in different areas of the restaurant while still taking new customers in the front register. If he isn’t a manager it seems as he should be soon. I only wish we lived closer to come by more often for the service.

We regret leaving this review because we are CFA groupies, bit it’sworth mentioning.
Our drive thru hostess was excellent. We pulled up to the pick-up — wrong order, had to bring it to their attention, and then given two dipping sauces for 20 chick minis. We pulled over, walked back, and were given a healthy dose of attitude for asking for more sauces. If we wanted attitude, we would have gone to McDs.

I visited the Chick fil A on Fordham Blvd in Chapel Hill (Same owners as Renaissance) today. It was 41° outside, and staff were still required to stand outdoors taking drive thru orders instead of working from the window.
I asked the employee helping me if there was a cutoff temperature for being outside. She said no. I said, “You’ve got to be freezing,” and she pulled her jacket tighter around herself. It was clear she could not speak freely.
I asked to speak with a manager and told them I was not purchasing food. A young female manager came out. She was polite, but clearly repeating a script. I told her it is absolutely unacceptable to require employees to stand outside in 41° weather. She replied, “But they have a heater.” I said that does not matter. I asked again if there was a cutoff temperature. She said there is not and that this is Chick fil A policy.
I also told her that I have struggled with going to Chick fil A for social and political reasons, and this sealed it for me. Policies like this feel like they were written by “a white man sitting in a big office with his heater on,” far removed from the people forced to carry them out.
I will not return to Chik fil A anywhere, regardless of location.

Excellent experience while visiting this location. The staff was welcoming and patient and our orders were correct. Both meals came out hot and were equally delicious. I would visit this location again.

This is he worse chick fil an ever. They put your food outside while you are in drive thru so never expect your fries to be hot. The manager at the window tonight on 01/30/25 and I was explaining to the nice black gentlemen that my fries are always cold when they put them outside. The manager (white guy with blue shirt on was so rude) he stop our conversation rudely as if I was holding up the line but I wouldn’t even be folding up the line if my food hadn’t been sitting outside. He then proceeds to shove the food in my face. He is very rude and I will never comeback to this chick fil a. I was already not having a good day and he made it worse don’t go here! I actually killed him with kindness and came straight to review

I went to get 2 Cobb salads one with grilled chicken the other with fried nuggets! I received 2 completely different salads. I called and the person I spoke with told me that I might be able to get my money back. I asked to speak with a manager the person in the phone said that might not be possible. After asking again he got the attention of a manager and did not put the phone on mute. The person that answers the phone stated that I claimed I got the wrong salad. The manager gets in the phone and says that they are really busy. They weren’t paying attention at all if I got the wrong salads.
