First time ever I’ve went to a chick fil a and been denied extra dressing for my salad. Most just charge me extra some just give it to me. This one refused all together. No more than two dressings is possible. I always get 3. I know to x out this location. That’s weird a company as big as chilckfila refusing their customers extra sauces even with charge.Why can’t I get what I’m willing to pay for?
Glad there is still Chick-fil-a’s that value their customers. Shout out Six Forks Road for not having a problem providing me with three dressings for my salad. 15-501 customer service is terrible.

I ordered a cool wrap, repeated my order 3 times but yall had an issue with your system. Cool, no problem, I’ll pay up front. My order was a cool wrap with a kale salad and a Diet Coke, you gave me a cool wrap with fries and no drink. No problem, I’ll pull around. The guy taking orders was so sweet but the lady, im assuming was the manager, had such an atittude like i was the one messing up. charged me the salad (obviously i know its a price difference, its my usual order) but then handed me the salad with get out of my face atittude. i asked for my drink and she snatched it off the counter and handed it to another employee and said “just give it to her”. the Durham attitude is radiating, ill stick to the chapel hill locations. disgusting attitude after YALL messed up.

I order from here almost everyday. If not every other day for breakfast. I order through the app so I don’t have to be there long. The service is usually top notch. Today was a terrible experience. I walked in told them my name. There were 5 if not 6 employees working behind the counter. I waited 15 minutes for an online order that I had ordered 15 minutes prior to coming to pick up. 5 people who came behind me and ordered in store received their food. Even one lady waited for fresh chicken nuggets and she got her food before I did. 2 door dash orders also came out. Once my food was finally ready I was handed it with an attitude from an employee I had never seen. Wish I would have gotten her name. And to top it off I asked for my drink as I had not gotten it either. She goes to make whatever she wanted. I told her I ordered half tea half lemonade. She makes half tea half unsweetened tea. I asked her to make it again and was greeted with an attitude. She did not even look at me as she handed me my drink almost dropping it.

Consistently gets my order wrong & if the order is correct, the food is terrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the bun was tough and stale, the chicken had been sitting around for hours on a burner. Fries are soggy and gross. Salad was literally inedible it was so bad. Customer service is a joke. Usually Chick-fil-A at least has good customer service, but the employees here are rude and disrespectful. Always have an attitude.
Will not be returning to this location, and it is getting to the point where I will no longer be a regular custom of Chick-fil-A altogether.

Upon my arrival, the Lane One employee was sitting on the ground in the drive-through area. I pulled up, provided my name, and informed her that I had a pickup order. After pausing her headphones, she asked for my name again despite it already being given. She then responded, in a dismissive tone, “Pickup order?” which I confirmed for a second time.
She ended the interaction by saying “Have a good day” in a noticeably rude and dry manner before immediately running off in a noticeably cheerful way to assist another vehicle in Lane Two. This inconsistency in demeanor felt unprofessional and unwelcoming.
This experience does not align with the level of service I have come to expect from Chick-fil-A. Additionally, during my previous visit to this same location, I discovered a hair in my food bag, which further contributes to my concern.
To top it all off, my sandwich was incorrect.

Came for a simple milkshake. Sat in drive through line at least 10 mins and they took the order of a truck that got here after me, before me. Very unorganized. Still waiting in line for my shake… 15 mins now. They can’t figure out the truck that cut in front order… Finally got to the window. They had no idea what I ordered. He hands me the shake which was slippery all over (spilled I guess) and the top wasn’t fully on so it immediately fell into my car center. $6 for a half a milkshake, wasted 25 mins and have to clean up this mess.

Very disrespectful and racist staff working the drive thru. When talking to an english speaking women w an accent he got aggravated and told her to speak english and that everyone ordering knows english. I thought the people here were supposed to be godly ? no blessings for latinas anymore ?? will never return to this location after seeing this.
