Savannah is the best team member at this location! She is so nice, caring, thoughtful and personable. I got the opportunity to work with her while she was in training and the cc machine was not working outside. She went above and beyond and still in put my order and I paid at the window. She was cool and calm under pressure and very transparent with everything that occurred. I have been back many times with my son and she refers to me by name and my son as well. She is an all star and a true asset to this store and company overall. Thank you for hiring her as she has made every experience amazing!

I rolled into the Chick-fil-A drive-thru just planning to grab my usual nuggets and be on my way. But the friendly worker taking my order clearly had other plans–because somehow, I got talked into trying the seasonal mint milkshake. And let me tell you… no regrets.
It was creamy, minty, and basically tasted like the holidays decided to show up early and bless my taste buds.
The line moved fast, my food was hot, and everyone was so friendly, it always feels like I’d stumbled into a parallel universe where customer service still thrives.
Bottom line: come for the nuggets, stay for the milkshake, and trust whoever’s working that window–they clearly know greatness when they see (or sip) it.

Really the worst Chick Fil A I have ever been too at this point really should have got a refund after being charged for 2 extra items I didn’t ask for till I got home and seen it with family smh but that’s my fault for not looking but trusting they do like the rest I have been too but oh well moving forward!!! Maybe they will do better for the next person and double check with customers before just totaling out and moving to next in line I get the busy hours but almost 15 extra dollars is a little much

I had read the recent reviews on this service particularly here. However I read one about the person not being given service just because she was in the mobile lane. This happened to me tonight. Yet once I had ask the people at the window they could just take my order, they told me the same thing “you will just have to get in line again” which is not great customer service. You’re are just making me wait again only because the lady in the order lane didn’t want to take my order as I was already there just because I was in the mobile app lane. Also I tried reading the signs before entering the lanes and I thought I was going crazy so that is why I had made the mistake to be in the mobile lane.

We have given this particular restaurant a few chances but this is it. No more. The last couple of times we purchased chicken tenders they were extremely small so today we decided to try the chicken nuggets. They were more like popcorn chicken. So tiny, miniscule scraps of chicken and mostly breading and overdone. There wasn’t one piece you could actually call a ‘nugget’. We also ordered the chicken tortilla soup. I couldn’t eat it because of the amount of hot spices that were in it. The chocolate shake didn’t taste like chocolate and it was all ice. Not at all a creamy milkshake. They used to be delicious. I am so disappointed in this establishment and the way they are skimping on everything. We definitely won’t be giving them another chance.

The employees were completely unprofessional. I was ignored the entire time I was in the restaurant, and no one bothered to acknowledge me. Very disappointing experience. I had to basically walk behind the register just to get someone to look at me and help me. I don’t care about the majority of them being high school kids, learn how to be professional in a working environment. Will not be returning to this location.

Worst customer service from the drive through staff. The manager “Fynn” couldn’t care less about delivering good customer service. I was literally the only person in the drive through lane and they refused to take my order because I was in the mobile lane.
