I bought the Chicken Deluxe and medium fries. First, they forgot to put the fries in the bag. I came back, they gave me the bag — all good. Got home, opened the bag with the fries… literally 3 pieces of fries.
The sandwich was missing lettuce and tomato.
It’s not the first time this has happened here, and I get it — human error — but when you pay $10 for fast-food sandwiches, you expect it to be good. It’s really disappointing.

It’s a Chick Fil A. What I mean is that they meet the standards set by the company, good food and good service all around. Tried their mobile drive thru, it was nice to have some benefit to using the app. Had a 10 count mini with juice and hash browns (I shared!).

Not so great for lunch around 10:45. The waffle fries tasted like yesterday’s warmed up leftovers with an extra salt bath for good measure. The coffee was hot (good), but tasted like it had been sitting for too long in the pot (bad). The grilled chicken sandwich was just ok…the lettuce and tomatoe were fresh (good) but the chicken and bun tasted a bit bland to sugary (bad). I don’t wanna go back for a while.

It took 20 minutes or so to get me a singular milkshake while I clearly saw many others getting their much larger orders before me. They had me Park and wait for my food I just left me there. Extremely incompetent and didn’t seem to care

My brother went to place a carry out order this morning. Upon coming back we realize: 4 mistakes were made with the order. Two muffins were of the incorrect type, one biscuit had poorly cooked bread without the sausage patty. Literally some egg and bacon (that was it). To make matters worse, an order of tater tot (hash browns) was missing. Clearly none of this was ordered. This was NOT the first time something like this has happened either. With that said: a complaint was filed with corporate. I hope the lazy staff here at this location gets fired and replaced with people who actually want to put the customers first. Imagine paying for food, getting the wrong thing in return and then missing food. What an atrocity of customer service. If management sees this, don’t even try and offer me anything as compensation. I will not be going back to this location. Even a 1 star review feels too generous to provide.

If you could clone Matthew, you should! He is always so kind and thoughtful. I don’t know if he remembers this, but one day he was on his break. He stepped away from it to give me a refill when he noticed it was really busy (even though I begged him it was ok and I could wait.) He always goes above and beyond! They are all really kind here. The owner should know this team is amazing!

They have signs on the drive through lanes (not lighted) and if you get in the mobile order lane, the staff won’t help you, even when there is no one else in the drive through. And their staff are not nice about it either. Terrible, terrible set up and customer service – do better chick Fil a.

The worst Chick-fil-A location ever! Does not deserve 1 star. The staff is extremely rude and always arguing about giving sauces. My order has sauces missing each single time (and that’s not an exaggeration) with sandwiches and hash browns. As told to me by the staff, even if you request sauce on the app which it allows they cannot give sauces based on what is requested while ordering. Their chicken biscuit is soggy most times and not eatable and the orders are messed up most times ( either missing egg or cheese).
I have tried to speak with the management, sent multiple emails, called them to address but it seems the management does not really care. I also requested to speak with the manager at the location but they said no, we will let them know – on top of that, the location has the audacity to say why don’t you check your order before leaving. They expect this at a drive thru. How about they have better service on their side.
I am done with this location and it takes a lot for me to write negative reviews, that’s how bad they are
THIS LOCATION IS A BIG SHAME TO Chick-Fil-A BRAND.
Because all other locations I have been to, the staff are polite and the food is warm & delicious.

Their delivery cars are all parked in the closest parking spots. As a 65 year old with bad knees, I don’t appreciate having to walk across the parking lot because of their workers taking all the close parking spots.
