Dining at this place was a great experience and a perfect stop on our way home during our road trip. From the moment we walked in, the manager and staff welcomed us with kind words and genuine smiles, which immediately made us feel comfortable and appreciated. Everyone was extremely polite and friendly. If you’re on a road trip and passing through this area, it’s definitely worth stopping here. Great job to the manager and the wonderful, welcoming staff!

Just wanted to take a second and shout out Nora H. When I arrived this morning with my toddler I realized I had forgotten his wipes. With cold and flu season running rampant I checked for some wipes in the condiment area. With no luck there either- I asked Nora. She very easily could have told me you all were out, but instead she chose to go look in the back….and was successful!
Such a small action but I felt as if she truly went above and beyond for the guest experience. Also, for the entire 40 minutes we were here she was cleaning, sanitizing, and straightening the dining area. Definitely top notch!
She had a sweet comment for every guest she passed and brought smiles to everyone in the dining area.

I stopped at this Chick-fil-A while Christmas shopping with my daughter. I ordered the #1 combo, add lettuce with lemonade. I should’ve known something was wrong when they bought someone else’s order to our car. The lady in the other “white sedan” was who the food belonged to.
I would’ve been upset if I was her because, “How you gonna bring me my food after giving it to another car?!” Then when we got our CORRECT order, my bun was cold.
I told my daughter to touch my bun and see how cold it is. The fries were EXTRA hot though. However, after shopping for hours… I went ahead and ate it because I was very hungry.
We got home 15 minutes later and I was on the toilet. I’ve ate at Chick-fil-A MANY times, yet it has NEVER gone right through me. Do better Chick-fil-A. Please Do Better! SMH

I normally LOVE Chick-fil-A, but this morning, not so much… waited an unusually long time in drive thru line, only to be told they were out of hash browns and to top it off, the biscuit was dry and crumbly… Sadly, not their best effort today…

On 12/11 I reported to someone who was not the manager ( I asked for the manager and did not get to talk to one) that there was a rock in my kale crunch salad. I was told to provide a pic to a phone number and that I would get my salad reimbursed. Since then, I have not heard from this establishment. No refund was provided. I have had a few issues with this restaurant with minor things with them forgetting sauces when ordering curbside but this was the last time at that location. They really disappointed me in not providing a resolution to a really ridiculous thing to happen. I’m still confused how a rock was in my salad but, at minimum I told them they need to throw away the salads for the day and I doubt they even did that. I would not recommend this location at all!

customer service here is amazing. I was waiting in line for my food and I had a pretty large order which they told me to drive up and wait which I expected because my order was a large order took no later than five minutes and also gave me a free breakfast card.

This is a formal public record of discriminatory treatment and deliberate suppression of feedback. After reporting my experience, my review was removed instead of being addressed. That is not moderation—that is concealment.
There is a clear, repeated pattern in how Black customers and Employees are treated at this location: dismissive attitudes, hostile tone, and unequal service compared to others. This is not a one-off. It is consistent behavior that reflects a deeper issue with staff conduct and management oversight.
I have documentation of what I experienced. Deleting reviews does not eliminate evidence—it creates it. Silencing complaints only escalates the situation and signals that management is aware of the problem and choosing inaction.
If corporate leadership or HR is reading this: this location is a liability. Failure to intervene allows discriminatory practices to continue and exposes the brand to serious consequences.

I just left there and ordered a Southwest a salad with FRIED NUGGETS & Cobb Salad also with FRIED NUGGETS. I asked the young lady twice about the FRIED NUGGETS . I get home and both have the GRILLED NUGGETS. I’m very upset because clearly she didn’t type in what I ordered.

Ordered a grilled chicken club sandwich w/o the bun and a kale salad, got home opened the container and no chicken!!! It was just the bacon, cheese lettuce and tomato ONLY. Normally I don’t have any issues, first time for everything I guess.
