Every chick fl a i go to is always good, but this location specifically has always done an insanely good job. I never find the time to write reviews so that should mean something. Janet always serves me when i come, and she’s just darling. I love her energy and hospitality. Everyone here really does care about service and maintaining a happy atmosphere. Done with this location. No one knows what they’re doing. Placed a mobile order, app said to check in manually with a team member. Cool. Checked in, showed my receipt, and kid goes to manager to ask what to do (because just GETTING MY FOOD is too difficult apparently). Comes back and says manager is checking their network and will keep me updated. Updated for what??? Just GIVE me my food, fix your network issues on your own time. Asked him if I can just get my food and go…..he goes to ask (seriously? ), and comes back to ring me up to PAY AGAIN. Excuse me? I already paid and have a receipt, why do I need to pay again? Kid finally understands and gets my food, and the manager comes over like I just robbed the cash register, upset that HE can’t see my order on his end and keeps asking if the order popped up before giving me my food.
Unacceptable. If a customer shows you on the app that an order was already paid for, just GET THE FOOD. You network issues aren’t my problem. On top of all that, the food was cold and old and had been sitting for some time. So the system made my food, and it just sat while the manager power-tripped.

Went through drivethru to get breakfast…girl who brought us food was rude. Got home and realized i was missing a biscuit so i went back to fix it. I went back in and multiplie other workers were rude as well and made it seem like i was making it up. Don’t know what was up with the workers at that restaurant but definitely not the chick fil a standard

I routinely visit this CfA on Wednesday mornings after commuting from Charlotte to a local project site and am typically pleased. This particular morning, my CfA chicken biscuit was disappointing. I picked it up to take a bite and the biscuit literally fell apart. I worked around what was left of the biscuit and the chicken was stringy and tough. I threw the entire thing away and ate the yogurt. Very disappointing.
