We had a great experience here. The service was great and the staff constantly topped off drinks and got you whatever you needed frequently. The food was great as well. The restaurant was well taken care of and very clean. The only reason for the 4 star is because the play area for kids is still not open. Over all it was great and we would likely return in the future.

I love the frozen lemonade! Very refreshing summer indulgence. The food is good but flavor is a patented additive. That’s why all the chicken there tastes exactly the same. Doesn’t seem to hurt business any. There is always a line but it moves quite rapidly.

No sauce, incorrect/missing items, half full fries, painfully awkward interactions with persons taking my order. I try not to sweat the small stuff but I guess I turn into a Kar*n when every visit to this location there’s an issue with my order. Never had a single complaint about any locations on the west coast. Food quality quantity and service were all excellent. A rarity in the fastfood industry I do believe. This location however offered a different experience.

The food sucks now and is impossible to get good waffle fries anymore plus the customer service went from a 95% to and strong 70% at the highest..If the drive-thru wasn’t faster than others I believe Zakbys would be more used these days

Everything is always cooked to perfection, never had any issues, some guy in the drive through was mad about having to carry drinks out to other cars but he chose to work there, no big deal this place functions and they do a great job.

This location is horrible and the only location I have ever been to where they absolutely refused to make me a no salt fry! I guess they don’t care about people’s health here or what they can and can’t have due to allergies and having issues such as high blood pressure or cholesterol! Shame on chick fila at this location for not catering to people’s individual health needs so that everyone can enjoy the Chick-fil-A food I will never come to this location again very dissatisfied!
