By far the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve been too… Gave me, not one but two burnt biscuits. Not only did I get burnt biscuits they gave me bacon instead of chicken. Then had the nerve to have an attitude when I returned it for the correct biscuit. DO BETTER! Never know who would leave a review.

They never fill the fries up. Recent price increase (was already not cheap). Lemonade has been hit or miss 6+ months. Manager seems to micro manage kitchen staff.

Moving on from here as an employee. Subway on campus is more consistent and the Knollwood chick fil a is a better deal/quality.

Added photo of pitifully sized #1 sandwich patty. This is a disgrace.

Waited 25minutes for our order of two sandwiches , a fry and a drink. Everyone before and after our order was served. We did approach the counter after 15 minutes and they said 3 more minutes . It did not happen.
Though polite as always, waiting that long for an order has never happened before and it was not a satisfactory experience.
They brought my husband a milkshake to apologize and though appreciated, we were in a hospital and waiting for a test. We actually did not have 25 minutes to waste waiting for our order.
Next time, if ever, we will just request our money back and leave.

I love how friendly the staff are at all Chick -fil-A restaurants I have visited and they don’t mind giving extra condiments for any of there meals. I was surprised when I didn’t have to pay extra for my extra condiments I ordered. Thank you for including God in your atmosphere.

My family and I were greeted by a gentlemen who gave us the the cheaper deal. Later, we went back for milkshakes and he asked us if we enjoyed our chicken. Best restaurant I’ve been to with the kindest people in it. 6/5

The staff is awesome and they are always polite. It’s a breath of fresh air and I’ve learned to really appreciate this kind of service especially since I’ve visited other companies and I see how they have treated their guests. I love how they are willing to help solve problems and in general they are genuinely kind people.

The only fast food place in town that has traffic control. Needed to speed enormous drive through traffic through the parking lot. Food quality has diminished somewhat. Way too much sodium in chicken soup on inspection.
