Well I was out paying bills and I decided to stop in this establishment only for a hot coffee, i walked up to the counter and asked the female clerk i would like a senior coffee and the woman said you must order first, I said are you joking she looked and said no sir its our policy,I had money on me and I was disappointed but not shocked, so I said to the female clerk no problem I will gladly go to another restaurant to get coffee, no anger, no cursing, no name calling I just walked out, and Almighty God is my witness to this interchange with the female cashier. So I will never walk in another chick fil-A restaurant again. But I still saw how clean the facilities were, that was my very 3rd times every visiting this establishment, I will still give them a great rating simply because they are much younger cashiers and many aren’t taught about old school ethics, standards, morality, even though I understand the establishment is supposed to be Christian base establishment. So I am not angry or offended just disappointed peace and Almighty God bless you all. ❤️ human resources classes might be a good thing to offer employees. And I was expecting to pay for my coffee gladly, a Vietnam vet who defended this country and this is the truth.

Brings a whole new meaning to fast food!! Food here is great as always but at this specific location the atmosphere is amazing! From the fresh flowers on every table including the bathroom to being greeted by the manager the moment you walk in. They serve the food to your table and the manager walks around to see if you need more sauce or a refill for your drink. The most friendly workers who actually seem to enjoy their jobs!

Got a chicken tortilla soup from the drive through today at 1 30, it wad handed to me double bagged. Didn’t think anything of it but when I got home and opened it, the soups lid was off and the cup was smashed, soup all in the bag, drenched through. Definitely the worst experience ive had here and really disappointed as the soup isnt cheap.

The drive through was ok until they actually handed me My food. I asked if they’d put the pickles on she said she didn’t know but her smile went away like I shouldn’t have asked or checked like I offended her so it was like 2 pickles, I requested more I waited I know in line for over 5 minutes im already at the window. When I asked then guy I guess manager just cut me off and told the curb guy they are putting them in a cup so move me up im like so I’ve been sitting here waiting on someone to put 3 pickles in a cup literally 3 see through pickles i know Chick-fil-A can afford extra pickles i would have paid good lord!

Very disappointed I ordered a nugget meal with a kale salad this is not the first time the salad has been very skimpy, but I’m highly disappointed this time. This is only two or three bites. literally can see the bottom of the bowl and I haven’t even ate none.

Well we didn’t order early as we should’ve so I drove to this location to see if they could help me.
I met with a lady named KAI I think.?
She absolutely took care of us with a smile on her face.

Everytime my nephew wants a meal I take an opportunity to turn his request into academic reinforcement and money management. We compute different combinations, agree on a price, and make a purchase.
