I’m a DoorDasher and frequently come here to pick up orders. Usually, when I’m here, I have no issue, whether I’m picking up an order or eating there myself. However, I just went to pick up an order, and the customer specifically asked me to make sure all of her sauce was in there, because she has had past experiences where it was not. Dashers are not allowed to tamper with sealed bags, even if the customer asks them to, So I asked one of the Chick-fil-A employees to check for me. He said no. I asked again, and he still refused. He wasn’t even the one that made the order so he wasn’t even able to tell me that they were 100% in there, just that “We always put the sauce in the bag.” They weren’t even busy at this time. There were a few cars in the drive-through, but no one at the counter. It really blew my mind because I even told him that she’s able to give me a bad rating if her sauce isn’t in there, but he completely refused to merely CHECK the inside of the bag to ensure the sauce was included.

As of today, February 9, 2023, King has a Chick-fil-a, very cool. We didn’t try it on opening day, but we will soon. We are excited to have it here.

When we do eat fast food we always choose King Chick-fil-A. They are the friendliest group of people that you’ll ever meet. They have never messed up our drive through order. They’re food is always fresh and delicious. We’ve tried a little bit of just about everything on the menu. Can’t say enough good things about this location. Todd and his crew are exceptional.
