Was an alight food took a bit longer to come out compared to my usual chick ful a I think due to a lack of staffing alright chick to stop at when going through states but I’d be upset if this was my everyday one. Thank you!

They were super busy tonight! Long DT line and long customer line inside. We had placed mobile orders for pick up on our way there and both orders came out super quick and everything was correct and warm! Bathrooms and restaurant as a whole was very clean. Employees were kind and friendly, making sure I had my whole order. Thanks guys!

Worst drive thru. Spent 25 minutes in line before we even ordered. They need to go back to live people taking orders. Then to beat all, had to wait 10 min for a drink and milkshakes. The older guy working the drive thru was rude too. As a last resort, I would stop here but there’s plenty of other places with better service.

I have previously been pleased with my meals at Chick Fil A. The food this time was very poor. Do not order the grilled chicken it is a very poor quality cold chicken now the entire sandwich looked like it was rolled by a steam roller. Chick Fil A previously had a Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken that was excellent, now discontinued. The nuggets as well were not golden brown crispy like they usually are. Very disappointing experience

Seriously the best fast food chicken sandwich. Tried another chicken place on our road trip to SC and there was no comparison. The Chick-fil-a chicken was plump, juicy and not greasy.

Only go to Chick-Fil-A when in the states. Always excellent. Only been to one in Canada (Oshawa) and it was a terrible experience. I spend 6 months a year in USA and go to CFA 3 times a week. Just a great all-around experience.

Incredibly slow for a chik Fil a, especially if you already mobile ordered, if you even get the food you paid for. Terrible idea if you’re using the drive thru, apparently you must go inside or it doesn’t help at all, maybe even hurts odds of getting correct order. 20 with no communication is ridiculous and then the order is wrong? Your failure.
