Not a good service from Chic-fil-a this evening. The meat covered just a touch over half of the bun. Wife got a yogurt with berries. There was 3 blue berries and 1 cut up strawberry.

Bad experience when I ordered food here last weekend. Always has been a bad experience but the one up the hill outside of the mall isn’t open, so have this one a shot since it was finally listed on the app and I could order with the app. My order was not correct and I should have thought to check before leaving. Yes, they was very busy, but I stood in the mobile order line that they was sending people over to pick up their orders. There was no coordination, and they ended up setting a couple orders on the counter, never called names for who’s order it was. I said “excuse me” and I was told “I’ll be with you in a minute” and then that person was having a conversation with another worker about something completely not work related at one point, and then I said “hey, just trying to see if my order came through” because I had been waiting 15 minutes for my order and seen multiple people receive theirs. They had my order sitting on the other end of the counter and never called my name. My receipt was on the bag. I got it and got the drinks and milkshake. Heading down the road, went to get the food out of the bag, and it was not the food I ordered at all. Extremely disappointing.

A local Chick-fil-A has temporarily shut down for renovations and this particular spot had more than picked up the slack. As always, it’s a phenomenal experience and much appreciated. The employees here were all excellent and there’s a reason this specific location has been open as long as it has.

Chick-fil-A is always good. Their fries are my favorite. But, they are almost always really busy, so there is quite a wait, even in the drive-through. The food is not horribly greasy, but still is pretty unhealthy. Prepare for a nap if you over-indulge!
