Food was sub-par, bun was over cooked and greasy but the service was mostly lacking when they give you your food. I had to ask for napkins, sauce, ketchup, and a fork for my Mac and Cheese. If they aren’t going to have them available for customers to grab, then put it in the bag, ask or at least don’t run away when you hand the bag to your customer. Seems like a management policy, so not employee problem. Oh, and maybe put a sign on the outside of the mall so people from out of town know how to find you…just a thought.

Went up here a few days ago. Was there for about 15 minutes with only 2 people infont of me and all kinds of people working but they were still very slow. I got me and my daughter 2 chicken sandwiches and when I got home, I seen they didn’t put a bun on either of our sandwiches.
