There is a young girl there, I won’t say her name because I’m unsure of how old she is, but she’s bigger and blonde… she has constantly been rude. She typically brings food out to the tables and is nice, but will roll her eyes when she turns around. I’ve given her the benefit of the doubt and said maybe she has had a few bad days. However, the last time I was in there she was incredibly rude. She just sat our food down and didn’t acknowledge us or speak.

I haven’t eaten here in years, and I remember why. Market”fresh” salad made up of rotten lettuce, rotten strawberries, and 3 blueberries. I almost forgot, Wendy’s used to be “Where is the beef?” I’m stuck here asking, “Where is the chicken?” The biggest problem of all I hear is Chick-fil-A being known as a Christian restaurant; this salad was definitely un-Christian-like. When I want Chick-fil-A, I will go to Christiansburg and not here at the mall.

Had a talk with one of their shift leaders, she was a young girl with short hair. She was super friendly and help fixed the error with my order. They forgot to put my fry in the bag but it quickly got fixed by their manager. mistakes happen, but it’s nice that a restaurant makes up for them.

Food was not good, plenty of workers but not good service. Was spoken harshly to when asked for a sandwich to be fixed the right way. Its in the actual mall and just not a good environment to be in. The stand alone restaurant is better

We ordered through the app and went to do curbside pickup for the first time.
When we started to eat, there were several issues. The weirdest/worst was one of the sandwiches had no top bun!
There were no napkins, no forks for the Mac n chz and 2 Mayos for the 5 sandwiches that we ordered mayo on all (should have been 5 Mayos and it clearly said that on the receipt).
We didn’t check at the pickup area because out of all of the times we’ve been to Chick-fil-A (from coast to coast) we’ve NEVER had an issue.
I called but no one answered the phone so I left a message asking for a call back but that was almost 2 weeks ago!
Clearly, this location could use some more help and possibly better training? I don’t believe this is a coincidence… Been to dozens of locations and never had any issues.
