I had to call to speak with management after a quantity issue on a DoorDash order. I didn’t call looking for anything, I just wanted him to have the chance to have a huddle with the back line. He still offered to replace said item. Seriously above and beyond. I want to say the man said his name was Josh? I pray I’m not wrong. FANTASTIC customer service.

Today my experience was awful. They forgot my chicken wrap so my husband had to go back to get it. On the way home we noticed we had no straws as well. The parking lot was crazy. People blocking the drive thur. Cars almost hitting each other. Whats going on with this place? This one has went down hill. Ill go to the one across town to 460 from now on.

Probably the worst Chic fil A I have ever been to. The server/who took order had zero personality and didn’t help order size, etc. Got my milkshake and it was already full liquid. The grilled chicken, yuck.

Abysmal service and food quality. First time at Chick Fila for months. Went thru the drive thru. The cashier threw my coins in the car. The fries were barely warm and tasted funny. The chicken strip was awful and barely warm. Also got the wrong sandwich. After eating some of the fries and two pieces of chicken– then spitting out the rest I was afraid to touch my drink. My belly rumbled so bad, I felt poisoned to be honest. Chick-fil-A is hiring really rude and terrible workers now. No wonder the food quality has gone down.

Able to get a Chick Fil A combo for about $10. Service was pretty good as the food came out quickly and the cashiers were friendly. There did seem to be a long line in the drive thru though thus I ate inside. Asked for 3 different sauces and they provided all of them.

Typically have a good experience… however came the other day and asked for a valentines cookie& nugget trays and but the employee (male H name) states they didn’t believe they had those and they were “probably just an advertisement” however the end of the drive thru confirmed they were indeed selling those and they’d be available until at least through the 14th

I don’t know what is happening there , this is the second time I’ve stopped in there and the chicken strips were under cooked. And the French fries looked like they’d been scooped out of the trash. All of it was inedible. That’s twice now. There won’t be a third visit.
